Very poor customer service! Seems to be the new normal in this area. On 5/1/2022 I placed an order online and and my order was $23.65 so I left a $6.35 tip to make it an even $30.00. My order was placed at 7:35 pm and the delivery showed up at 8:20 pm. The driver had multiple deliveries prior to mine. Needles to say my delivery was last and pizza was warm and soggy. I refused the delivery and called the manager on duty and instead of being polite and accommodating like a manger should be she told me that if I wanted hot and fresh pizza that I should do carry out next time! Well after that comment there will never be a “next time”! There are too many other choices for “hot pizza”!
Well i ordered chicken alfredo and salad they forgot my salad i paid for the order still and they said they would bring me my salad and free breadsticks another time so i just called for it and they wanta charge me a delivery fee. Like Really. Its was there mess up to begin with. I am not cool with that at all
Very fast and FRESH FOOD! This is my favorite dominoes for the quality of everything they do! Been going here for many years and when my husband says he wants another pizza place I say heck NO to that!! This Dominoes is the BEST!! Thank you for making my day today!
Ordered a thin crust veggie pizza with almost all the vegetables, and all I got is this burned thing with horrible looking few of the dried veggies. The pizza sauce was literally uncooked, I don’t know they must be in a hurry. Called them, they apologised and asked me to go pick it up again, and refused to deliver. But anyways, had a terrible experience and not going there again.
I've ordered pizza 4 times in the last 2 months. 3 out of the 4 pizzas have been prepared with the wrong ingredients. When I say pineapples I mean pineapple not pepperoni. Everyone in this house is vegetarian the pizzas just go to waste. Whoever it is that keeps doing this needs to stop.
Give them a one star. I had ordered some garlic bites 32 piece and I went to go pay for my food with cash and all I had was a $50 and they wouldn't let me pay for it with a $50. I work in the food industry as a manager and the person that you're ordering from should at least let you know that they can only accept smaller bills instead of making you right there and then you not being able to pay for your food because I wasn't about to just go across the street and break a 50 in the middle of Spokane
Set your expectations low and you'll be content. Don't be surprised if they won't honor mailed out coupons they claim they don't believe exist. Even when you show the driver. Same coupon every month. Honored once, then denied every time. This last time, wouldnt recognize online coupon while doing a online order. Ended up getting a 3 topping medium for the same price as a large specialty. Happy happy joy joy.
Second time there and did not get the deal I was expecting. They have a special up on the sign and then flip it for one 8 dollars more for the same deal, except a size larger pizza. I could get a whole LG pizza for that price. Very deceptive and pizza is sub par. Parm bites are good.
Updated 10/29/21 from 5 to 4 stars. I have been ordering from the app and doing carryout car delivery. There is a two minute timer that is used and if your food is not brought to you in two minutes you get a free pizza. Most times the timer is stopped and it takes a while to get to my car which is fine but tonight was different. Timer was stopped within 15 seconds, an employee came out and asked if I was someone else, and when I said no went back into the restaurant. No one came out. I waited about four minutes thinking that could've been my food and they got the wrong person but no one came back. I went in and was greeted kindly and an employee helped get my order. Took a while but the convenience of picking it up yourself isn't always convenient. I usually have issues but one time I got a free pizza otherwise they stop the timer and take their time to get it to you or you have to go in and get it yourself. Should not offer a guarantee if it can't be fulfilled most of the time but you cheat to get out of being liable for your promises.Original post: Food is always hot and fresh.The employees are great!Love the taste and the quality for the price.
I placed an order on a Friday night, which we all know is very busy. Both of our sandwiches were burnt, and they forgot my salad. When I called dominos, the lady on the phone was so nice, and they remade both sandwiches and sent them out with my salad. They were genuinely kind and helpful! I really appreciated their response, since I had an issue with another vendor recently, and their customer service was not nearly as helpful! I so appreciate that they took the time to make my order right! Thank you so much for treating me fairly abs courteously!
