Put in a carryout order yesterday. Went to pick up the food and add told it would another hour(apparently sometime did not show up for work). Phoenix fine we get that stuff happens. Came back in another hour and was told it wild new another 30 to minutes. Forty minutes later we got the order. Get home my 81 year old Mother went to eat her Mac and cheese to find out they were out and gave her cole slaw. She was okay with that. Then she opened her baked beans to find that she opened her baked beans to find what she thought was green beans. She ate some and said they eye hot only to be told by her grandson they were in fact jalapeños. We ordered ribs but were given pulled brisket that was a bit dry but the accused helped that. Ordered the birthday test for the one having the birthday and got abrownie instead. I get that stupid stuff happens it just happened on the wrong day for us lol

This review DOES NOT deserve one star but I couldn't post it without giving them one!Visited the drive-thru at Dickey's in Spokane Valley last Sunday. First, there was a sign on the speaker that said it was broken, please drive to the window. Ordered at the window and gave them my debit card. Employee came back 15 minutes later and said they were having technical difficulties, he thinks he charged my card three times. But no food yet. 10 minutes later another employee comes to the window and says they are having technical difficulties and can't make my food. OK, I've been in the drive-thru for almost half an hour, you charged my card 3 times, why can't you make my food? She says our printer is broken and they don't know what I ordered. Funny, I gave my order verbally to the other employee. I tell her my order again and get my food about 10 minutes later. I ask about the overcharges on my card and she says THEY CAN'T HELP ME? I can wait for the manager who is on their way to the store. I wait, another 15 minutes, talk to the manager who says she fixed the overcharges but can't give me a receipt because the printer is broken? The next day I look at my bank account and the three charges are still there. I call the restaurant, and their other location in town every day for three days and am promised it will be taken care of. It was not. I called Dickey's corporate customer service and told them. Still no reversal of the overcharges. Finally I called my bank.Almost an hour wasted in the drive-thru. Obviously no other customers, does this surprise anyone who has read this so far?And the food wasn't even that good. I have been in the hospitality business my entire life, and I understand the challenges this industry is facing. But the way this situation has played out has nothing to do with challenges, it is just BAD BUSINESS.

The service was the best part! They were really nice and awesome. I honestly thought the cheese for the brisket would be melty and not just a slice of cheese....brisket was tough and portions a bit small. Sides were good!

Never again! Came in to the store, not one customer was there in store and only a couple cars in drive through. This was only at about 6 PM. Ordered four sandwiches, they are out of chicken. Fine, found an alternative. Had to give the order 3 times cause the guys not listening. We sat down and waited 10 minutes, guy comes out asking what we ordered, told him again. Another 10 minutes, oh can you come pay and how many sandwiches was that again? Finally another 10 minutes, oh hey we are out of sauce for two of those sandwiches. That’s it! I asked for a refund in full. One of the reps apologized, the manager seemed irritated that I wanted a refund and never ever apologized or anything. Additionally, lobby soda machine did not work and the ice cream machine has been broken for months. We’ll never be back to this business ever again.

The meat was dry, it took me 1/2 an hour to get my food, and the equipment was in disrepair. I ordered 1/2 rack of ribs and they were dry. It was as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp way too long. The drive thru window was broken so I had to wait 10 minutes before I the car in front of me finished so I could order then I had to wait 20 more minutes. 1/2 and hour is too long to wait for food. The prices on the drive thru sign were incorrect so when I received my receipt, I discovered it was 4 dollars more than I expected. I then asked for a drink to make up the difference and the ice machine was not working. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the sides were palatable. This will not be enough to convince me to ever return though.

Yum! You can actually taste the smoke in the food. So delicious!a And the new queso is amazing!!!

I LOVE Dickeys Barbecue, but sadly I don’t think I’ll be back. Every time we have ordered, something has been incorrect or missing. By supper time, most of the meat choices have sold out. This last time, I went in the store to order. 1 pound of brisket totaled over $10.00 more than what was listed on the menu board. There was some sort of manager/staff meeting in the dining area. Waiting for my order was very awkward as they were yelling information and instructions from the dining room area, to the workers behind the counter and plexiglass partition . When I questioned the price error, I was actually told that they have to unplug the menu boards and plug them back in to get the update. But funny enough, POS system had no issues updating, and I did not get any price break on the surprise ten extra bucks either. It’s really sad because the food is really good, but the place is very unprofessional.

Not recommended. Everything was cold except the beans. Plain pulled pork, the barbecue sauce is behind the counter now so you have to specifically ask for it. Not great service, way too expensive for the little amount. Used to come with a burger bun, now it's just a small dinner roll.

Okay, so I placed an order on Uber eats and when I picked it up. My order was wrong from the getgo. My wife went in twice and the employee was of absolute no help. So we left upset. I left a horrible review on Uber for them. Now I would like to apologize for giving such a bad review. My wife had spoke to the owner who is such a sweet lady. The problem was quickly fixed, and I am very happy. Thank you so much for going out of your way. Only thing is sucks that it had to be the owner. Highly recommended.

Me and my boyfriend went for lunch and there were 2 employees and right off the bat was told there was a 15 minute wait because they were backed up which I totally understood, but the employee who took our order was really frustrated because of how badly the store was stocked, and apparently the other employee because it felt like he was being bullied the entire time it didn’t really seem like he knew what he was doing, anyways we got our order maybe like 10- 15 minutes later and brought it to our table which was nice but said he was waiting on our fried okra which we were okay waiting for but our food was cold and because of how busy it was he completely forgot about the fried okra so by the time we were finished eating we asked how much longer it would take on the okra and he apologized and told us he forgot about it so we asked if we could get Mac n cheese instead which he was okay with it but the whole experience while just sitting there eating was awkward and just silent, he was complaining the entire time and demanding the other employee to do certain things and just seemed annoyed at any customer that walked through the door and honestly as a first time customer I don’t feel like coming back just because of the experience I’ve worked in fast food for 6 years and I haven’t been in a restaurant like this that was just so disorganized that it made they’re customers feel socially awkward to order there food. We also never got a name from either employee
