First , the service was very slow, we dine in and it took 25 minutes for our food to be served. Then the food was terrible. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich , which they were out of, so ordered the crispy chicken . I ordered with no mayo and got mayo with a pale green ball of lettuce. Worst sandwich ever. My husband burger was ok but only received mininimal amount of fries, the container was half full of fries. Did not complain because it would have taken another 25 minutes wait time. They also would not fix a grilled cheese sandwich for my granddaughter . She just wanted the bun and cheese, the person at the counter was rude and said we don’t make those. Will never return, poor quality of food and poor service.
Way too expensive for what you get. Hotdogs are unpleasant tasting, and bread was soggy. If you're looking for a decent dog, go to Sonic, really.
The flamethrower is bomb. I love that it comes in a triple now. Ooof. So good. Toss an onion ring or two on it for optimum nom factor.
This our 3rd and final time. Everytime we go our order is missing or ice cold. This time we waited 20 mins in a drive thur they gave us our ice cream first. By the time we got home. It was soup. Our chicken meal was missing and so was half of our daughter meal. All our food was cold. Will not be back. This is what happens when you hire teens.
I went through the drive thru with a car full of kids. We're able to get dinner and dessert on about $30. All the food was HOT & FRESH. I will return to this location for sure.
The only thing better than a late night snack is having service with a smile, excellent humor, and staff that works well as a team from ordering at the mic to pickup at the window to get your order perfect. (And when you ask for extra napkins, you actually get what you need) Thanks Team DQ!
Over cooked (slightly burnt), dry chicken fingers, way too much salt on the fries, and keeping customer service.
I usually get takeout from the App and out of around 20 orders they only messed up 1 of them (the one time was they accidently make the blizzard wrong) but overall a great DQ location.
Mobile app gives me all kinds of deals. Also they have a 2 for 4 menu that is a really good deal. There slushes are really good.
