A friend told me how great their Chicken Strips are so we ordered a couple of baskets with ranch dressing to dip them in! They are probably the best I have ever eaten! The French fries were cooked just right just a little crispy! The hamburgers looked great too!Great pricing and wonderful service! I eat out a lot and I was impressed!I just think of Dairy Queen for ice cream! Big mistake on my part!!!
So I ordered one of those Valentine’s Day ice cream cakes from here and they made the whole process quick and painless. Then the day I picked it up I decided to grab some lunch with my kids as well. I was surprised at how good the food was!!! Lunch was delicious! My kids had a blast and we greatly enjoyed the cake as well. In addition to all this, the staff was very friendly and kind, especially to my kids. Great experience all around.
Best service ever! The person who took our order was so nice and she brought us outrfood, went back for our sauces and it was just an overall good experience. They went above and beyond with service and of course, what can wrong when you're getting ice cream? It was also very clean and not all DQs are... We will definitely go back.
One thing about DQ is that I've been a customer my entire life and not much has changed besides the menu additions. Still one of my fav ice cream shake places. I see why there is usually a line in drive through and customers inside. All around good experience.
The taste of their soft serve is a little off, probably because of supply chain issues. Hopefully they will go back to their old suppliers of dairy products.
When you ask them to cook your burgers well done that's how you get them.Well done! No problem, no argument, just like you wanted them.And always with a smile ? and a friendly word.I go past several other restaurants including another Dairy Queen to go to this because they are the BEST with the BEST tasting food. Great Job???
it was kind of a small disaster tonight. very slow getting our order. at least the employees were very nice and apologetic about the wait.
Phenomenal. In a time when budgets are tight it’s nice to know that when we do go out for fast food you get your money’s worth here. The staff is concise and extremely friendly in a natural, non-corporate way. We got a chicken strip basket which was cooked to perfection and a half pound grill burger which literally looked straight out of an advertisement, the vegetables on it were remarkable with the onion being nice and thick cut and the lettuce crispy. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Whoever the franchise owner is should be very proud of their staff and the hard work that they do. They also allow alternative hair colors for their employees which is nice to see.
Awful staff and attitudes
Awful staff and attitudes. Said there was no manger for a refund and had to call to get approval. When we called to get a number for a manager five minutes later the assistant manager was magically there and said we were rude first and won’t be giving us a number to contact high ups. Like just get your orders correct ?
