Horrible customer service… we asked for 4 sausage bagels sandwiches and they gave us 4 bacon ones and I can’t have bacon unfortunately so my husband just took one back since everyone else was ok with bacon and they were rude to him and said that we definitely ordered all bacon and another guy stepped up and said yeah you did because she complained to me she had to make 4 bacon ones. Why for one would you complain about your job ? Don’t advertise you do breakfast sandwiches if you’re going to be rude about it and when we originally ordered the lady acted super put out about it and we almost told her never mind because we felt so awkward and like how dare us for ordering food. I’d suggest not to go here for food or if you want nice and friendly people. Also, this whole ordeal took about 50 minutes. They had about 6 people inside and I understand we ordered for 4 people but my goodness.
I was so excited to find a coffee shop that wasn't a Starbucks that I could sit inside and work at. I walked in and was not greeted and stood there for a good 4 minutes with not even being acknowledged. I walked out and I don't think anyone even noticed.
Great place! Coffee is always awesome, and the staff are really fun.Over the years, I've had the opportunity to interact with the owner, Lisa, and after meeting her, you can just feel how much she cares about her employees, the quality of the food and drinks and their clients.Rolling through the coffee shop on my way to work is one of the favorite parts of my day!
Cozy Coffee & Bistro has tremendous potential; get's a little labored when both windows are busy and the lobby is filling up. My recommendation, get enough people to work both windows and support you dining room business. I know more and more there are those who come to work and those who don't; however focus on customer service is going to be your salvation or your Achilles heel. Keep up the good fight, you guys just need a bump in your customer service to be formidable in this space.
Worst customer service ever.Staff was rude and service was slow. They act like customers are an inconvenience and they don't want you there. It seems like they give the drive thru great service though, so if you're going to come here don't bother going inside.
We came to the Cozy Bistro 10/30. We had a bagel with cream cheese and a breakfast sandwich. Food was brought to our table. Also had chai and drip coffee. Food and coffees were perfect, hot as they should be servers were friendly and helpful. Our first trip to Spokane from Tacoma. 5 stars all the way!
Never had to wait, they will come out to your car. They serve wine, beer indoors/outdoor quaint seating. Great coffee.
Coffee was good. Ordered a couple sugar free drinks. I recommend trying this place out if you haven't already.
I pulled in with a 35 foot trailer and made it through wife loved her coffee
Not too sure what happened to this place but it’s not the same. We got a bagel and there was burnt parts (it happens not too bad) but it tasted like burnt cigarettes or like something hasn’t been cleaned. Also I’ve noticed the girls aren’t super friendly which is ok but kind of awkward at points.
