I have to keep in mind that this place is geared towards kids! My own children loved it. There are plenty of games for various attention levels and the preloaded cards are nice. You can either load them with points (each game takes various points akin to tokens) or an hour of unlimited play. Both have their pros and cons and "tickets" automatically load to them for trade in. I was a little bummed that tickets don't actually print anymore. For what it is, everything seems a touch expensive, but maybe I'm out of the loop. The staff was truly awesome. We didn't get much of a greeting coming in, which could have set my "meh" mood, but the employees running the prize stand and the party area were really going above and beyond; hats off to them! For a party place, it will do the job.
I hosted my 4-year-old's birthday party there, and it was the most stress-free experience I've had having a birthday in my life. They were kind they got the pizzas out on time it was inexpensive for the mega Superstar and six kids it was $198 total with the $50 deposit and it was well worth the price considering I didn't have to plan anything the kids had fun my daughter said it was the best birthday ever I'm 8 months pregnant so that not having to plan or do anything was wonderful 10 out of 10 would do again
A lot of games were out of commission but we had a great time. Loved having everything digital. Teens and adults crowded ticket yielding games a lot so it was hard for our girls to get to games they were interested in. Also, are the other characters gone now?
We come from Montana to visit this location. Friendly service and the best Chuck ever! He actually interacts with the kids and goofs off with them. The place is always cleaned and well maintained. The food is really good and the staff are great!
We had a joint birthday party here for our daughter and her friend. The neighboring birthday party had a mama that was odd. She asked our kids not to play with certain toys around her child because he was sad he didn't have their toys. Chuck E Cheese staff was exceptional at handling the unique situation and did everything to provide an exceptional experience for our party despite behavior of other guests. Great job Chuck E. Cheese!!! That was not easy to handle, but you juggled it well!!! We walked away with two very happy birthday girls ?
I asked them if the health department knew about the big rat problem, they said they've accepted the rat and he's now their mascot. Way to make the best of a bad situation! The pizza is way better than I remember it being. I'd go back just for the Pizza.
This place is very clean and organized. Each worker is respectfully doing their best to manage their positions and tend to customers in a timely manner. Cassandra did a great job today helping me out with getting play time loaded onto my card, very sweet outgoing & comforting energy. I’m unsure who the name of the person at the front was I believe it began with a k, she was very kind while greeting me. There was also a blonde girl I saw wiping tables doing great even if kids would ask questions. John also did an exceptional job making sure I was enjoying my experience and having a good time, such good energy from everyone I look forward to coming here again!! Everyone truly does their part and makes an effort & I recognize and respect it. Big thumbs up to everyone
We've always gone here and loved this location, The last time we went there I noticed that pronouns were on everyone's name tag, along with their name! Kids do not care about pronouns they just want to come and have fun... And as the parents had made us feel super uncomfortable. Kids don't care about your pronoun they just care your decent human being!
Went there for my Grand Daughters Birthday and I will not go back until the end of this pandemic. They do not enforce face masks at all. Every one of us have now came down with hopefully just a severe head cold but going to get a pcr test for covid today. I mean you got a building full of kids (petri dishes) and you can't even enforce a simple mask mandate. AVOID this place until this pandemic is over because all they care about is making cash and careless about anyone's health!!
