I find it very sad everyone is complaining about this location and how they operate, when the reality is that you order what you get it is not the employees job to know that you don't like spicy food. This store may be a little behind sometimes but who isnt. They make decent edible food and have good service, so thank you to the employees for always being there and serving us with great customer service and I am sorry that there are so many mean people on here. You all are doing a great job!
I moved to Spokane from Colorado recently. Chipotle has always been one of my favorite places to eat. My wife stop by there on her way home(which is less than 5 minutes from home), not only was my burrito completely cold but there was literally one tiny piece of steak in it. Would not recommend
Food was okay but customer service is horrible. Very lazy staff that can't seem to engage with customers. My food was made and then put off to the cashier (not present) where I waited while 2 other employees were just chatting in the background not doing anything. No, "sorry I'll grab someone for you" or "someone will be right with you!" Just ignored and stood there for 2 minutes before the cashier came back. Todays work force is terrible, pick it up... you're an embarrassment.
I’ve been to this location twice lately where they were out of chicken … Out. Of. Chicken. At Chipotle. Well, they had some but it just had been put on the grill and was going to be a 15 minute wait.It appears that their philosophy may be to ensure all chicken in the bin is gone before electing to cook more. Both times I left without ordering anything. The second time it happened I was amazed that the first time wasn’t just a fluke. Also, this location has very little control over normal portions … it’s all over the place. Sometimes very little and sometimes too much.
On the burrito and salad they put the red sauce which I thought was mild and that s*** is fire. Totally ruined my food and was very disappointed like employees not informing me about how hot it is.
1) The attendant gave me less than one scoop of rice. I asked for more rice and even then was less than it should be.2) It was cold. The cheese didn't melt, like it normally does, and the steak was cold.I'm not a big eater and I normally get two meals out of one bowl. This one bowl wasn't even enough for one meal.I'll stick with the ones on Division and Newport Hwy. This location sucks.
Chicken was not of the highest quality but everything else was good and we really enjoyed our bowls. Haven't been to Chipotle in a long time and realized that we missed it. This location is clean, the bathrooms are clean, it has a nice size patio, and the staff was really nice.
Loved the fruit at first, however when we ordered last night our food was horrible. It was so spicy we couldn’t eat it. And we ordered nothing that was spicy. They forgot part of my order and when I tried to call them you can’t get through to the actual restaurant you have to call their customer service. Oh wait you can’t call you have to chat with a robot. They even named the robot pepper to make it sound like you’re talking to a person but you aren’t. My issue was not resolved. We were eating there or at least once if not twice a week and won’t eat there again.
Have ate there a few different times and have given them a chance multiple times because it’s close to my house, and it they take forever to complete my order, even when it’s not busy and I’m the only customer, it also seemed like the person inside was on drugs because they were not acting normal, and then gave me the wrong change even when it was a simple return. And they got my order completely messed up I asked for a steak salad burrito bowl and I had no steak and I had three different toppings I didn’t even want and I couldn’t eat it because of this.
Staff is always very polite.Tables are never wiped off for seating I side. No drove thru orders. You have to order ahead or walk inside.Meat containers are always empty or very few pieces left and dry.Price for queso cheese and chips is ridiculous high! $8 for large container. More than a burrito! The queso cheese taste the exact same you buy across the street at Fred Meyers for $4 a jar of the same size.
