Went to the drive thru at Carls at sprague & pines & ordered a bbq chicken sandwich meal. Went I went to the window, there was a birds nest above the counter & bird droppings on the counter. It was pretty gross. When I got home I discovered I didn’t get what I ordered but a Santa Fe chicken instead. The chicken was spicy & so dry I ended up throwing it away. The fries were not good either & I tossed them also. The girl at the window was exceptionally rude as well. I won’t be going there again any time soon!

Absolute worst food worse than Burger King what you see on the menu pictured is not I repeat is not what you get if you order a chicken sandwich you're lucky to get a piece of cooked chicken between two pieces of bread with some mayonnaise that's it no frills maybe a single pickle, onion rings were old overcooked and gross. Tried the California Burger it was the absolute worst. This restaurant is below Burger King

Someone I know works here and was told to stay home while sick and come back. He came back and Mike (The General Manager) took him off the schedule completely. There is never anyone at the front counter and they’re unprofessional

I came through the drive through with my wife and ordered a jalapeno double cheeseburger and there was literally 5 small jalapenos on my burger.. I am seriously disappointed in you... I won't be back that was seriously messed up!!!! ???? You can do better than that.....

Staff not in mask, coughing in hand then serving fries with said hand. Staff that brought out our food looked as if she hadn't washed her hands and cleaned out her nails in a week. Cold/terrible food. Only 2 other customers in the lobby(1 of the 2 was a homeless guy) so not busy at all.

They made it right, even though doordash screwed the pooch. Just wanted to say, they had great customer service and made a really bad night into a better night. The district manager and staff made sure I was taken care of. Also x I hadn’t had Carl’s Jr. since I was 15, like 17 years ago. The food from this location is amazing.nice staff, great food, they made it right, even though it may not have been their fault. I worked as an asst manager at mcds for too long and they did it right. Good in this location. Recommend.

I ordered 4 hamburgers for myself and my grandkids to share. I threw our entire lunch in the trash after attempting to bite into one of the burgers and chew it. I spit it out before I could break a tooth. Horrible, dry, flavorless food! We then jumped back into the car and went elsewhere. I will never eat Carl's Jr burgers again

I've eaten here in the past and had really great burgers, but today was a disappoint. Ordered a Famous star with cheese small combo. The fries were old and so over salted I couldn't eat them. And the burger was only barely passable as you could tell it had to have been sitting in a warming bin for a long time due to the (small) amount of wilted lettuce and the dried out and hard bun. After reading these other recent reviews, I guess the restaurant has really gone downhill, which is a shame.

I have always been happy with Carl's Jr until now. I went to the one on Sprague and I will never go to a Carl's again. I ordered a hamburger with no lettuce a pretty basic order. I happened to check my order something I don't usually do and good thing I did because I got some kind of wrap full of lettuce when I took it back I had to wait 5 mins as I watched 4 of them stand around giggling, when I finally got their attention and asked for what I ordered I was given a hamburger that I swear had been under the lights all day. I will give them credit for not having lettuce on it this time, it had nothing on it. I was so disgusted I threw it away and left. I will never go to a Carl's Jr again because the owners don't seem to care how their employees act because I know I am not the only one who has complained yet it's still business as usual.

My Grandfather and I stepped in to have lunch, staff weren't wearing masks, when he asked them to please put on their masks while they prepared his food there was clear reluctance. The food was subpar, I mean it was so bad we still joke about it weeks after. I told him not to expect much from fast food but when we went to a Micky D's a couple weeks later the stark difference was unreal. I just couldn't believe a chain could be so bad. If I were the owner I'd clean house.
