It had no pretzels...how can a pretzel store not have pretzels?
The pretzel bites were decent but the cheese sauce cup was terrible. Honey mustard wasn't that great either. First and last visit here.
I have gotten nothing but attitude from one worker since I have started working at the mall and as a fellow mall employee that is not how you customer service. You do not talk back to customers you do not argue with customers and you definitely do not roll your eyes and give attitude to customers that’s how you lose customers. She should not be working there if she’s not gonna hold up auntie anne‘s name. She was working at 2:52 and wearing pumpkins on her head.
It was very busy but they kept the line going quickly. Love their pretzels!
High priced because they have to pay mall rent, tasty pretzels, friendly service
Tried to pay with 100 bill they would not take it even though my bill was 40
