I want to preface this review by saying I truly do love the coffee bean. I’ve been a loyal customer to this stand for years. Usually I have nothing bad to say.However I had an experience here a couple weeks ago that I would just like to bring to light to management. I came to the stand and ordered a drink. I ended up witnessing a fairly new barista talking down to one in training, not only in front of me but also another customer at the other window. The barista in training made a simply mistake making a drink. instead of simply telling her what she did wrong and remaking the drink -the Barista with curly black hair shamed her for it and made a big deal. It felt very uncomfortable and borderline abusive.I work in food service and remember how little I knew when I was in training. I would’ve quit if I was spoken to that way.
The morning staff is by far some of the rudest people I have met. Will leave me sitting on my side without acknowledging that I am even there. Will be having a nice little conversation with people on the other side and I get treated like garbage. The morning staff is the manager and the owner. So thank you for making me feel like I am a worthless human being who doesn’t exist.
normally i have time to stop by the coffee bean before work and one day i did. i pulled up to the window and waited nearly 10 minutes before the barista asked me for my order. she was talking to another customer on the other side of the window for almost 10 minutes. by the time she asked me for my order i had to go because i was going to be late. save the catching up for later! you have customers waiting.
The coffee is good. But every time I pull up, the baristas are talking to people who aren’t there to buy coffee, or people who’ve already paid.. I waited 7 minutes once, thinking the barista was still making coffee for the car in front of me, but they were just chatting and later the driver pulled off. Frustrating, and half the time I pull out of the line because of that.. Really a shame because the coffee is good. Just hit or miss on which girl is taking the line seriously or not.
The CB quickly became my everyday spot after moving to Snohomish, due to my enjoyment of both the products and the Baristas
Best location for a quick coffee run, knowledgeable with plenty of inventory and always friendly and engaging. My drinks are always tasty and made just how I like them.
Customer service is top notch. The coffee bean is consistently amazing and patient because I am slow. My lady always knows exactly what she wants and I fumble my order through with the precision of a spoon...thanks for being awesome!
The coffee was exactly like I like it, and the employee was very polite and knowledgeable.
