I went there for a Mexican pizza and they were out. I was told that people were ordering them for parties by the dozens and that is why they were out. The lady was nice and my food was ready very fast. Sadly it was not very hot. I think they had some internet issues as well because they only took cash and the wifi was down.The team was very nice and explained everything before I ordered so I was not mad at them. I just wanted a Mexican pizza though.
I'm vegetarian and its impossible for the kitchen to substitute the beef in my tacos to beans. I gotta just stop going here.
I’m so tired of the incompetent employees at this location. Their customer service is god awful, and I swear their ability to read orders is impossible. Orders are never accurate, I’m always missing something I’ve paid for. Or my order is entirely wrong. Also the lack of effort they put into making the food is outrageous. Do better people.
Taco bell was experimenting with serving real food the last time I went. This time it was a bit of a joke. I think I had 3 little pieces of steak in my steak burrito. Certainly much more beans than steak. At least there is food value in beans so I didn't starve.
Just left the drive thru after being told “there’s nothing I can do since we ran out of product 12 minutes early” after they said they’re closed. That was the response when I asked if they’re supposed to be open until 2am. I just got off work. I’m hungry. No other options this late in the area. Terrible customer service will not come back.
This is the second time that they have forgotten my drinks on a doordash order and the manager said that he didn’t want to speak to me about the situation. I wouldn’t even give this place one star if it didn’t make me. Half of the order was drinks!!
The price is cheaper than other places. Sometimes they open the lobby for customers but sometimes they don't due to shortage of employees. I like this place because it's very clean and the employees are very friendly and very accommodating like when you don't know what to order, they said... Take your time to look at the board. It's just nice when people are kind and very patient. I will go back to this place many times in the future. My favorites are the cravings box. Cheap price and lots of food. Yummy and yet cheap.
We went through the drive-thru tonight and the employee who served us was very agitated and very negative. We left without ordering anything.
Google says they are open til 2am but they told me they close at 1am and can't get it changed. That's fine and all but I went there last night and at 12:05 and they said they just closed. So I drive all the way there just for them to tell me they are closed.
The place is not good. Wait time is long. The staff is not helping and is rude. Go to a different location
