Ordered ahead with the app, in and out, quick and easy.
It's new years day. Sat at drive thru order station with no response. Went to window and waited.Sign on window says open at 6 am. It is now 8:12 am Three young ladies inside - all three saw us and ignored us. We even drove through the lane a second time...same response. How rude. If you are not open then put out a sign or speak to the customer.

This Starbucks always takes forever to get your order. Even if I put in a mobile order I still usually wait more than 10 minutes. The few times my order is ready before I arrive I can never get anyone to notice me on the coffee making side.Frustrating.
I don't like Starbucks coffee(like the tea tho) but this place is great for a nice quiet Cafe vibe.... as people say the fireplace ? ?
Had to wait awhile until they brewed my Americano coffee. It was delicious!
