Always smiles and quick service. I enjoy the cold coffee this time of year.My taste buds haven't changes though I taste burnt coffee when I order from Starbucks. Its probable just me, actually it's not. But Starbucks (plus a few other) put us on the map.and I thank them for that. So Starbucks lovers drink up and enjoy.Wish I had stock!

I don't know who they have working for them right now, but there's two baristas that are completely clueless and don't care about customer service. Called in to ask if they were still running a sale on the merchandise that has been on sale for over two weeks. The girl on the phone asked me what the item was multiple times (VIA instant packets) and she didn't seem to understand, then after a bit she confirmed that they weren't on sale. Went into the store to pick up groceries anyway and oh, look! The item I asked about is still on sale. What? How do you miss that in your own stand?? On another occasion a sale sign was on the items, but no price was listed, and so I asked the barista what price they were but she just shrugged as if it wasn't her problem, turned away and kept making drinks. She didn't even offer to help find out, nothing.

I stopped using this starbucks when they kept letting the faucet run ALL day. I was doing some shopping in Fred Meyers recently and low and behold, they are still doing it. When i asked why they told me that it was to clean the dishes cause they dis not have time. REALLY!!! Wow what a waste of our resources on a daily basis. Hundreds upon hundreds of gallons of water wasted daily. Really surprised at the lack of concern and where is management. Shame on you for being so blatantly wasteful
