No almond milk, could not make the drink I wanted ?
We stop at this Starbucks on occasion when we are headed out of town. We stopped in on the morning of March 12 the first day that the mask mandate was lifted in Washington State. I noticed that all employee's were wearing masks so I simply asked the cashier if they were going to continue wearing the masks at Starbucks. The gal replied that she wasn't sure, she had just gotten to work and noticed everyone was wearing one so put hers on as well. The manager then came over and was obviously irritated with my question. She told me to be patient and give them time. She was very rude! I simply asked a question because I know various businesses are making their own rules. Sorry lady, didn't mean to push your button!
This is the second day in a row this stupid STARBUCKS is closed at 4pm!! Why in the world would you close so dang early?!Btw I hate seeing those stupid cones in the drive-thru
If you place a mobile order hoping to pick it up in the lobby and make it to work on time, you're just going to lose your money because the lobby will most likely be closed, and the line will be deep into the safeway parking lot. And that's if they choose to open that day at all. One could say short staffing is out of their hands, but when a store can't keep it's employees it's usually due to poor management, poor pay, or both. I just paid for a drink today that I couldn't get, I really don't think it's much to ask that they shut off mobile orders when they're this busy and short staffed.
All Starbucks are 3:5 and I think everyone tried it at least onceSo nothing else to say

If I could give 0 stars I would... the lady who took our order messed the whole order up.I asked for 2 sugar free vanilla lattes with almond milk and extra caramel drizzle.(I know the sugar free and the caramel end up canceling each other out, getting the sugar free just makes me feel a little better about getting a treat.?)Anyways and then my brother ordered a double chocolate chip frappe.I got my latte and the frappe and they didnt give us the 2nd latte so issued again and they proceeded to hand us the car behind us drink and when we were like oh that's not ours they took it back!(We didn't want to keep it we just thought it was super unsanitary for then to take it back after it was already in our car.)And some finally got the 2nd latte, I was drinking mine and normally I check on the label to make sure it was almond milk but didn't this time and I ended up getting sick and when I looked on the label it did not say almond milk...If your gonna ask for our order at least listen to what your customers order....??
