This place has sadly gone down hill. Some employees are very rude, the food is always cold, or the order is wrong. I spent 40 minutes sitting in the drive thru the other day and by the time I reached the window, it sounded like the employees were horsing around. Then today (June 25th) I arrived at 7pm and the drive thru was blocked off and the lobby closed with no signs or a reason why. I left with a disappointed child. Not happy with this place lately.
The staff is amazing in every way, but the management is screwing them over. They are so understaffed that there are cars going from the drive thru into the road. I'm all for safety, but it's clear they aren't opening the dining room to make more money. Plus they continue to raise prices. Managers and owners: If there are still customers going into the road and you have less expenses, then why can't you afford more staff and serve food that's hot? I have some ideas.
She told me that they couldn't except card payments, just cash. I am diabetic and was wanting a Carmel frappe. And I also was door dashing at the time. So she was nice enough to give it to me for free do to the long line and I only had my debit card. Nice gesture for sure.
This location is the cleanest and most customer friendly location along with alway's getting my order right each time!
Best McDonald's they always get your order right, and it is fast. The workers are all very nice and this is my kids preferred fast food place
Honestly, anymore I only go for the unsweetened iced tea. The best, in my opinion, of all the fast food places. AND the best price. I did get a very rare Mc Flurry‐ because Oreo Shamrock ba-boom! The iced tea was standard perfection and the Oreo Shamrock McFlurry on a beautiful, sunny, early spring day was enough fake green minty goodness with oreo chunks to last me long, long time.
Quick and easy for a bite to eat. Food was hot and the employees were nice and professional. Did not have to wait long for them to take my order and get me through the drive thru.
I ordered a cheeseburger, this is what I received. A folded over patty on a squished bun. This is not the first issue here. Quality and service are important. We also didn't receive the sauce for the nuggets.
Good service bye employee. just seems like there is always something that is out of service our broken. This time no receipt. How am I supposed to get my free sandwich now?
Employees were cool but the food made me and my family upset to or stomach after eating but this McDonald's normally don't do that to us
