Terrible Customer Service. I won’t visit this place again. They closed the play area for Managers meeting for 2-3 hours. That’s the only place with lots of tables to sit and enjoy your meal. Manager did not even apologize for not having a proper place to sit. (One of the employee said it’s fine when I was ordering to sit there but the manager did not, seems like a mismanaged store to me.They also forgot the tomatoes and lettuce on my sandwich. Please avoid this place they care more about their meetings than customers. I can’t imagine blocking 10 tables for 1 meeting that too by a store manager.
The service here is generally expeditious. The food is McDonald's. I don't go there for restaurant quality, I go there for fast food and I get it.
On road trip stop to get my sister dog chicken nuggets and we tried them and they were actually really good they just came out of the fryer.
The meal was over priced and only fair. We had the fish sandwich combo. Fries were overdone and not really hot. Sandwich had only a half slice of cheese! When we asked for ketchup the girl at the window said it was in the bag. No it was not. We had to go in to ask for ketchup. She grabbed a handful and threw it on the counter! Not how you treat your customers! Will not return to that location.
Quick service using mobile order at curbside pickup. Friendly and welcoming staff ? the guy was kind and greeted me.Well packed food. Food was fresh and hot.Spicy McChicken is favorite and apple pie was hot and delicious.Blueberry pie was below average. It was too sweet, and the white cream in the pie is terrible ? please don’t put this white cream in the pie, it’s horrible taste.
Did mobile order tonight at 5:30 and the employee that brought my order out was very busy running orders out to other cars but he still provided great service even with being very busy. Always get great service here.
I eat here more often than I should admit and they have always been on point and so friendly. I love the staff and the sandwiches are always put together nicely!
Shut down breakfast at 10 when it's supposed to be until 11. Cashier told my friend they stop at 10 then I returned knowing 11 after my friend didn't order due to this then they told me they stop at10:30 at 10:34 then waited 15 minutes for burgers not satisfied one bit sense remodeling.
It was a long line on DT but the service was quick, employees really focused on customer service.
