The burgers and milkshakes were good. Not great, but better than your average fast food drive-thru. My wife and older son ordered onion rings. One had 4 onion rings in it, and the other had 5, and half of them were burnt. That's pretty ridiculous for $5 per order. My younger son got a hotdog, then refused to eat more than one bite. After taking a look at it, I understood why. It had the look, color, and texture of a girthy Slim Jim. With tip it was $75 for the four of us to get a burger/hotdog, fries/onion rings, a small soft drink, and a small milkshake. About 1/3rd of our overpriced food went in the trash because it was lousy.

The food is amazing here, but they need to get with the 21st century. Having to write down the order, and then moving to the register to plug the order in, then bringing you the total and then taking your card to the register and then bringing a copy for you to sign slows the pace to a crawl, have fun sitting in line for 30 minutes before finally being able to put in your order.

As many others have said, the wait can be long. Food is good but if I see a long line, which can go into the street at times, I’ll head somewhere else. I was pleasantly surprised that they started having gluten free buns recently. There’s a nice field nearby with a few benches to sit at while you eat, if you don’t eat in the car. Some weekends there’s a mobile nursery set up in the lot that sells plants and trees.

Our first time here, mom and I each got a deluxe cheese burger and a large chocolate malt. I got fries and she got fried mushrooms. Everything was delicious. The gentleman taking the order was very upbeat and quick. The girls cooking were fast and efficient and very pleasant while handing over my order. I could tell this place was popular when I'd drive by to work and see the line. Definitely a good place to stop and eat. It's a drive in only but there are plenty of picnic tables nearby if you want to park and eat. No public restrooms nearby.

Been coming here for 15-20 yrs. Was a great motorcycle stop. Always been good customer service and pretty good food. Definitely better than the chain fast food joints. Today our order was given to car in front of us. And attempted to give us somebody else's order. Resulting in us moving and parking while they made ours again. 20 minutes later they come out with order. 3 young men in there completely unorganized. Have never seen king Charlie's service like this. Not sure worth the effort to visit after this time. Qaulity of service has definitely tanked.

I used to go here on occasion maybe 10 years ago and recently went back and grabbed a couple of burgers and onion rings. All I can say is I was definitely a bit disappointed in the portions and the quality of the food overall. I know its a greasy fast food burger but it just seemed small, there were only about 5 onion rings per order and they were soggy. Meh. At least the staff was friendly!

Burger was good but not fantastic... good for the price (6.99) imo. The onion rings were the smooth skinned variety (not my favorite but you do you) with a somewhat small portion for the $4 pricetag, that being said the tartar was good and everything was piping hot made fresh. 4/5 would visit again if on the mood.

King Charley’s has slightly above average drive-in burgers. Are they better McDonald's? Yes. Are they worth a 40 minute wait for literally two burgers (lost my order ticket and then forgot they had me pull forward while they made them) like I experienced today? Absolutely not. I've enjoyed many King Charley specials and can comfortably say, without sadness, that today was my last time coming. Happy to support a local dive, but the wait is just not worth it. The place is always slammed, so my patronage will not be missed. Just know that you will be waiting way too long for slightly above average food.

Best place to eat hamburgers and fries in Snohomish. Family owned and great staff. Service is pretty fast. Enjoy

We got a king's special and a deluxe burger and onion rings. The onion rings were crisp and delicious and the tartar sauce that was recommended was good with it. My girlfriend's burger was cooked good and all the toppings put on well and the sauce was delicious. I took about 3 to 4 bites of my deluxe burger (that didn't feel very deluxe) and ran into a long dirty blonde hair that was wedged in the left side of the burger bun and patty. My appetite was instantly lost. I had noticed some of the employees didn't have their hair up and I was disappointed to see that no one had masks on. Their service was quick and professional, and the food is probably good most of that time I was just thrown off by the hair a bit. All I ask is that whoever is on shift please try to keep the food safety rules of Washington, and please have an eye for detail. I know it was probably a total accident, having worked food myself, it does happen. Just try not to let it happen as much as possible please. Next time we're in the area we'll give it another try. Thank you!
