My daughter went to get chicken for us all. She came home so upset and beside herself after going through the drive thru and was told to park and they would bring her the food. Then they came out and told her they ran out of chicken. The woman told her she could get back in a line of about 6 cars to go back through the drive thru for a refund. Are you kidding me. No way.
The delivery is terrible. They gave me 8 pieces of little drumticks a size of chicken nuggets because thats the only available they have or else Uber driver has to wait for they dont know how long. They should have atleast added some more if they will send me that tiny pieces. 8 pieces of chicken end up filling not even half of the bowl! Waste of money! Terrible branch!
Ordered today, the biscuits could have been hockey pucks, ordered the tea, and got lemonade, we got 6 paper plates but 2 plastic sporks missing a gravy, wasted $58
This place is such a rip off. I had 4 peices of tiny chicken in my famous bowl, the rest is mashed potato.
I rarely get takeout or even go out to dinner since my husband and I enjoying cooking at home. However, we bought a bucket of chicken last Friday night to go with sides that we prepared at home. I was so impressed with the customer service that I feel obligated to do this review. Super nice older gentleman was our cashier and a sweet young gal delivered the bucket to my car. The young gal ran out twice to my car since she wanted to clarify my order. They still had 4 minutes left on the crispy chicken when I went through the drive-thru. Fantastic customer service! I can't wait to return someday to try the potpie as I heard these potpies are amazing!
Very good Spicy Chicken Sandwich.2nd only to Popeyes. Baked Beans aren't that good, but I ate them. I don't like Pepsi products. Would be better if they had Coke products.
Have always had such a great experience at this particular KFC, in all the years coming here they've always had amazing, friendly employees and you're always treated right. I eat a lot of fast food, and it's rare to find such consistently great service. Met the owner/manager tonight (can't remember which he was) Tom who made my night with a free meal, couldn't be happier and will continue to support this local restaurant every week until I'm too fat to fit in the drive thru ?

Fast, but, when i asked about sides staff become annoyed... they were busy so I understood...
I purchased a bucket of original chicken which had zero seasoning on it. There was absolutely zero flavor to it. I called and spoke to a manager. She acted as if I had no dispute and refused me a refund and or a credit. I’ll never buy from this place again!
