Ordered a milkshake today. I kid you not they gave me an entire cup of whipped cream. I went back through and she told me that is what their shake mix is like. I’ve had many shakes from there, she was flat out lying. There’s a huge difference between whipped cream and a milkshake, even the cup was weightless because it was literally filled with whipped cream. She offered me a refund and make me give the shake back - which I wasnt going to drink anyways because you can’t even suck whipped cream through a straw…. Seems unsanitary to take back food/ drink that has been touched. Overall disappointing interaction.
If y’all think fast food workers deserve $15/hr or more per hour, think again. If you close the drive thru window THEN go sit on the counter to play on your phone, that’s not showing anyone they deserve that pay. Not only is that extremely unprofessional, but rude, it’s just avoiding the customer. Pretty sure that’s against Food Safety and Regulations. I get it I worked fast food, you don’t like the job, but it’s a job.

Manager in charge couldn't add our coupon to give us the advertised price, charged the non-coupon price and when we requested her to fix it, she said " just come back at another time". We ordered off of two coupons for two separate meals. We asked if only one coupons could be used for a transaction and gave one of the coupon back. She said "No", we said. Then that doesn't make sense. So she obviously got frustrated and took the coupon back and rang up the meal separately and refunded $3 back, honoring the coupon. Not sure why this happened.
Been a bit since I ate here. Ordered 2 medium size meals, a kids meal with apple juice ( which drove 20 mins home to find out apple juice was forgotten ) , and 2 sausage breakfast sandwiches. Thank goodness she only charged for 1 because that's all that was there. Anyways, it cost over 37 bucks for that. Is this real? Donald's accross the way would have been 22ish. Guess it's there or 2 frozen pizzas from now on.
Service was ok,the prices are a bit stiff,The platters are really good,and thereJumbo jack smokes the big mac!!!
This place has messed up my order so many times and give me only half of my orders. The service is horrible and the people who work there do not do there jobs properly.
