We are fans of Ixtapa and normally visit the one in Redmond Ridge. Our favorite part of Ixtapa is their salsa which has lots flavor and can be a little spicy. This location had the same type of salsa so it felt authentic. Outside of that you can expect normal American Mexican fare here. Along with a nice bar that makes good margaritas.
This place is really stepped up their game and become one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. They always treat me very nicely and are quick and prompt with the service. You should definitely go and check them out. Good prices and great food

Just left. Met up with a friend from Florida that I haven't seen in 2 years. Great atmosphere to catch up! Amazing food! And the best staff! I live a few hours away, but I will be visiting again.
My wife and I stopped here for lunch after visiting Craven Farms pumpkin patch. We had never been to Ixtapa and had no idea what to expect, so we were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic food and nice environment. I had the Luis Platter which was Grilled Shrimp, Chicken and Beef with rice and beans and my wife had the 2 item combo with a pork tamale and a shredded beef enchilada. Food was great, portions were excellent.
My daughter and I went for lunch, we enjoyed our meal. The food was very good. Recommend!
