How have I never been here before? It looks like it should be a dive bar with dive bar beer and food but this is Snohomish so it is an elevated dive bar. First off the FOOD! This place alone deserves going to just for the food. They've got some great cooks and chef back there putting out great food. It's not overly fancy menu but what they do make has nice touches to elevate the food. Take the simple French dip, they fry/cook the beef with/in bacon to give the sandwich a nice smoky flavor that goes so well. Even the blackened salmon was amazing. Not overly fancy but seasoned and cooked perfect. Oh and let's not forget the beer and drink menu that is extensive. And to top it all off the service was on point. Definitely going to make this my go too for Snohomish now. I like it better then a few of the newer places that have opened up.
Amazing veggie burger! Some veggy patties have a odd texture but this had the perfect texture and good flavor. The bun was great as well.this place has so many good vegitarian options in general. Very quick and polite service, only issue is a slightly long wait for food but I'm not super patient.
Great atmosphere and overpriced, yet decent food. The $12 super pretzel appetizer is now a running joke between my wife and I. The three sauce pasta is really good, you could probably split an order of it between two adults.
Great selection of drinks (including Omission gluten free beer). Vast food menu with gf bun option.Service was great!
I took my date here and we had a great time! The food and beer was delicious and the staff were LGBTQ+ friendly. I will absolutely be going back!
This place was decent!! The fries were perfect, and the portions were pretty big too. Service was fast! We ordered the turkey panini, lobster bisque and jalapeño business burger. I will say that the lobster bisque, while it tasted good, was not warm enough and kind of tasted like it probably came from a prepackaged bag they buy in bulk. The cheesy garlic bread that came with it was the only redeeming quality.
Went in for lunch today. The lunch special on the board was deep fried walleye. Ordered it and was told it was a dinner item only. Ordered halibut fish and chips. The fish was way over cooked! Extremely dry. Walking out saw a couple ladies eating the lunch special walleye. ? Probably won’t be back.

Just a lovely place. Very friendly staff. Excellent food. The waffle fries are superb. Extensive beer, wind and spirit menu. A Snohomish staple. A very big must for anyone. You effen rock Freds.
What happened Fred's? Fred's has been our go-to for years and years but sadly, something drastically changed in the kitchen. The fish & chips used to be thick, large, yummy Halibut filet's but last night (11/20/21) they looked like they'd been cut in half!! They were not only super, super, super thin (we were basically eating just the breading) but they were dry and no bigger than the palm of your hand. The Thai Chicken Wrap has always been my favorite and used to be full of tender, juicy chunks of chicken, plenty of sauce & a nicely flavored, thick tortilla. Last night, it was absolutely terrible! The chicken was shredded, super dry, there was hardly any sauce, the tortilla was, dry and was obviously a run of the mill, completely flavorless plain tortilla. We had absolutely no problem paying the price increases. Supply chain issues have increased prices everywhere plus, we were more than happy to help our favorite pub recover from the pandemic!! However, price increases shouldn't sacrifice and what we were served last night was definitely not worth the increase. The service however, was AMAZING!! There was plenty of wait staff, everyone was friendly, attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had a good time. We are so, so, so sad about the food though!!! Please bring back the unsurpassed quality you've been known for that we've bragged about for years!! We don't want to give up on you!
