Only place to get milk tea and bubble tea in town as far as I know. The milk tea is amazing and their sandwiches are my favorite. Nice people and decent pricing :)
First time eating Banh Mi and it was incredible. Had the ribeye banh mi and can't wait to go back!!!
We ordered the Thai Tea and it was basically $7My boyfriend only took one sip and it was almost gone, packed in with way too much ice & not enough Thai tea that you couldn’t even get to the boba balls.When we brought it up to the lady at the counter and said there is way too much ice in here, she did not offer to remake it or give us a refund…We will no longer be coming here anymore due to the poor customer service.
Good food. Very pleasant service.Prices have gone up with inflation, but quality and portion size remain the same.Fresh bread on the banh mi. Fresh spring rolls are what they say: two, not one cut in half called two.
Grilled pork Banh Mi was ok - some tough meat and not a lot of vegetables. Owners were not particularly friendly either. $8 is high for a banh mi.There was also a small hair on one of the cucumbers in the sandwich. Unappetizing.
Good cuts of meat, thin rough tripe, and tender tendon. Fresh chocolate mint leaves, bean sprouts, lime and jalapeno. Had the crispy Won Tons, and the Veggie Roll dipped in peanut sauce was awesome... Plus, Boba! One of my favorite places to take the family. Hey it's in the name right?

The restaurant owner didn’t double confirm with me about the request of putting NO cilantro. When I called and complained, they offered to replace the same order without cilantro. BUT, they failed to fulfill their promise, and blamed me for saying something else. Poor attitude & service on correcting their own mistake! Will NEVER visit it again.
Decent pho and quick service. Really enjoyed my meal there and will be back soon!
Great Pho, the broth is favorable and the portion are of good size. We are have plenty. The Coffee bubble tea is my go to drink.
