Typical Mexican fare, but the atmosphere was bright like a drugstore. Staff was nice, but it didn't feel very clean as the floor was slippery with grease. Beverages were fine, but the chips were disappointing (seemed stale and definitely not salty enough). I would skip the Steak Tapatio as the flavors were odd and the meat was a little gristly. They did provide prompt service and the margaritas were good plus it was very quiet on. Friday night, so no waiting...

Don't know why I haven't reviewed you guys yet. Been going here for years. One of the best Mexican restaurants around. Same friendly staff have worked there for years. Great food and awesome Margaritas. Also the cheese dip is a gem, so good!
If we could give MORE stars, we would! My husband and I have date night every Tuesday...tonight he chose El Tapatio...and it is AWESOME!! Prompt and polite service. The food is delicious! All around PHENOMENAL experience! We will absolutely be back!

I'm sorry to say that was probably the worst chimichanga I've everhad. I asked for green sauce and Istill got red. I tried to eat it , i just couldn't. Happy to say their dessert chimichanga raspberry cheesecake was good.
I got food poisoning from here. Started profusely vomiting 3 hours after eating here. Hadn’t eaten all day. I was so incredibly sick. Pretty sure it came from a tamale. BEWARE!!

There food is horrible. They give you very little of what the menu describes you will get. Anything like sour cream, guacamole, tomato, etc. is a tablespoon worth. It is the worse Mexican food I have had in my 65 years of eating it.
