Orders are accurate but consistently arrive cold. You can tell from the order tracker that cooking was complete over 30 minutes before it left the store. It apparently just sat there coming to basically room temperature by the time it was delivered. I can put it in the oven to reheat, but if I have to cook it myself I'll just get frozen pizza next time.
I accidentally used my old address when ordering delivery and was assured they could deliver to my new address, which is much further away. I want to thank whoever was on the phone that I spoke to, the store's Manager and the driver Mary. They were super kind through the whole thing, delivered way sooner than expected, and it was all still super delicious. Above and Beyond. Thank you so much!!!

There are more than twenty hungry volunteers, because you said an order was unpaid that was placed online and there was a receipt showing it was paid. You took the pizza back despite knowing it was to feed volunteers at a church that were there to help with a food giveaway.
Our food was delivered hot and prepared perfectly. It was a great dinner as we were taking down Christmas decor all day. Thank you for making our meal easy and so delicious ~
Really confused on how my pizzas came out so messed up. I ordered two and both came with huge patches of cheese missing. The toppings were generous where they stuck to the cheese, I suppose, but it's like half the cheese is missing so there's just a lot of bread. When I got there they said that my first pizza got burnt so they had to make it again. How do they burn a pizza then remake it with so much missing cheese? Very confused lol I ordered these exact pizzas from a location on the other side of town last week and they came out perfect so it's not like it was a complicated order.
i order from here a lot since this is the closest to my house and they take forever for delivery and the 7 dollar fee for delivery is insane i spend 25 dollars normally i have to spend 35+ in delivery not including tip and the food is decent it takes around 1 hour to get the pizza to your house and if there busy you will be waiting for 1 hour 30 minute+
