Stopped here during breakfast 3 times in the past month. They have gotten a different part of my order wrong every single time. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
I ordered on the app for pickup and paid. When I got there just after 8pm they had cones blocking off their drive-thru and the lobby was closed. I parked in front and I called the store as I saw they were still there and was told they were throwing out the food and that they were in fact closed.I asked about getting a refund and after a runaround I was told they wouldn’t give me a refund. I was also told I couldn’t talk to a manager. Their hours clearly state that they are open until 10pm and with all of that I asked if I needed to call corporate to which their response was “I don’t know we just can’t give you a refund”.I did in fact call burger kings customer support (which I had to find online) and let them know what had happened. We will just have to see if I ever get my money back as they couldn’t give me a timeline to expect my money back. I can only recommend never using their app to order ahead if they are closing their restaurant before their posted hours and refusing to give a refund unless you call corporate. What a joke! Fast food isn’t worth all the hassle. I’d take your business else where.

Ice machine has been out for over a month, they close the dining room at 7pm, the chicken sandwich always has way too much mayonnaise. The cheese on the Whopper is never melted and the burger is cold. Go to the Lake Stevens location instead.
Always under staffed. Waited for food for 30 minutes to be told they gave it to someone else on accident.They closed early because under staffed and refused to come to the door after waiting for 30 minutes for nothing
