Very disappointing! My husband and I stopped in for a couple of their turkey salads, prices went up which is understandable at this time but when we received our food the bowl was half the size it used to be. There was a little bit of turkey on the top not even a half a piece of deli meat and a bunch of cheese. My husband asked to speak to a manager and the kid in the window just stared at us with his mouth open. Then he said we don’t have a manager here. I guess this explains why we’re paying for a bowl of lettuce. We will not be coming back to this place.
They messed up my drink and my food order.Update: From 2 stars to 4. We decided to try out this location again. Much better this time. Food was fresh, employees were polite, and the order wasn't messed up at all. The mozzarella sticks were especially hot and stringy, yum. I just wish they'd give me lots and lots of extra Arby's sauce cause that stuff is super yummy.
Well I was trying to get to website to write review and had issues. I ordered through door dash. I waited about 15 mins to see if they except the order and it was still not excepted, so I called, they answer the phone, but did not respond. It actually sound like they just put the phone on the counter. So I hung up trying several times to call again to make sure my order went through or if I needed to cancel and order from some where else. Phone goes straight to mail box, but mail box full.
As of 4/5/22 I've been to this store 10 times total in the past 6 months and every single time I've been there, they're shake machine is broken. And when I ask them why it's always broken they give me attitude and say it's been fixes since the last time I was in there, and it just broke again.
I went to the drive thru today 3/6/22 at 6pm and wasn't able to order food for my family and I because they were "closing until a manager showed up". So I pulled to the front of the store to park and figure out what we are going to get to eat now, meanwhile we see 4-5 workers walking around and a few were just eating food behind the counter.
I went through drive thru. I thought the amount of the order was high. I ordered a classic roast beef, a beef and cheddar on a regular bun and 2 medium curly fries. It came to $18.96. I though the sandwiches were 2 for $6. The cashier was very nice. So I get home, wait for my granddaughter to get done in class. So I serve lunch and her classic roast beef ended up being a beef and cheddar. Why didn't I take it back you ask. I live about 20 minutes away and my granddaughter only gets 30 minutes for lunch. I totally understand the staffing issues, but really.
Normally the food is good, occasionally they leave something out. Today I (along with 5 other cars) sat in the drive thru waiting only to have one of the drivers in front pull around finally to discover they weren't even open. It is 5:45 on a Sunday. There was no sign out and the sign for the drive thru was lit and everything. Super disappointing. I get that there are staffing shortages that happen, but you need to clearly post any changes. At least turn the light off...
We went to Arby's in Snohomish WA at 6:30pm 1/9/22 the drive thru had a sign saying they close early at 8pm. Well.....? It's 6:30pm.?
French dip sandwiches are always yummy! No complaints.
Hadn't been in a while. My passager wanted and wanted it. We got the prime rib sandwiches and for fast food they were rather tasty!
