I love Wendy’s… but… this store let me down ? I ordered the chicken nugget meal and there were so many hairs on my chicken nuggets I couldn’t eat anymore it was like they dropped them on the floor then put them in my meal. The nuggets also tasted stale and bad not like they did when I ordered them last time two weeks ago, there were little pockets in my nuggets that were chewy and would explode in my mouth under pressure and extremely was bitter. It also took a very very long time in the drive through.
So my wife picked me up a baconator and it only had two pieces of bacon on it. She asked for double bacon. Love Wendy's this better not be a manager strategy to cut cost.
By far the best Wendy's we've ever been to!!! I don't usually bother writing reviews for fast food places, but they are deserving of special accolades. We arrived ten minutes before closing, full expecting cold food and employees that wanted to just get home for the night. Wow, were we wrong! The manager was at the window, training a younger new hire. He was so friendly and helpful over the speaker. When we arrived at the window, we continued a lovely chat and thanked him for his service. We came to the next window and received our food from a smiling face. We pulled over to eat the freshest, crunchiest, juiciest spicy chicken sandwich ever with blazing hot fries. The soda splurge was super bubbly and not all syrupy and gross. I wish they were located in our town, we'd go by more often than we should. :) Thanks Wendy's management!
Honestly they need to open the lobby for at least delivery drivers to lessen the ridiculous drive thru line! It’s never an easy/quick process to get food. Fast food nah not here. I’d rather drive to poulsbo for Wendy’s. Closing at 8 pm when it takes you 45 mins to get food is a joke.
Don’t normally do review but I am pretty frustrated with this restaurant. Got to the drive threw at 630 coming off work, waited in the drive through for 30 minutes just for them to tell me they are closing early at 7 tonight and they can’t except any more orders. Would have been nice for them to let people know before waiting in line for 30 minutes.
Used to be the fastest drive through around but the past 6-12 moths they have become average or worse than average. The food is still decent but the past few times I have visited, they have missed more than one item. Closing early around 8pm to 8:30pm on week days. I assume they are suffering from staffing issues and are typically better than the sum of their current parts.
One of the few fast food joints still offering a cheap deal. 4 bucks for some nuggets, fries, a Jr bacon cheese burger and soda (even their flavored lemonades!). It's my go to when I have the dog in the car and I want a snack... He gets the burger?
Very very bad experience..Drive thru service took about 40 to 45 minutes.its not worth to go here..i ask the manager about it she says its been like that since last year and the owner knows it already and still no improvement..Just Dont Go do Drive Thru here not a worth to wait 45 minutes for your food just go anywhere but not Wendys silverdale..
Manger was rude.we tried to get food.we had 25.00 in our bank.our order came can to 25.92 we gave her 1.00 cash and the debit card for the 25.00 she had an attitude to start with.and the card has a chip so she said she was running credit on it and swiping it obviously she didn't know how to do her job. needless to say we where not able to get what we ordered cause 1 she already had an attitude and second she didnt care to try to do our order payment. Not happy and very inconvenient.?
Chile was ground up burger paddy. Service was fast. Food quality lacking.
