Place is pretty good. Burger was great and the fries were excellent. The frie sauce was good.We got the kids the chicken nuggets, they were a little hard for them to eat. Too crispy.Outdoor seating had heating!
There is not much here which is what makes it so special. The food is delicious at a decent price. Some menu items are a specialty here. You don't see many places offering tempura green beans but you can get some at The Habit. So make a point to come try this place out.
We only ordered two SB combo meals. I requested mine without onion and my partner requested his patty be replaced with an impossible burger. They said no problem. Both burger orders were completely wrong and neither had avocado, which is the whole point of the Santa Barbara. Mine had onions and guess what else was missing? The impossible burger as requested. The employees were also loud and seemed to not really be focusing on making the food but talking and joking around among themselves. Once our food was finished, the food was just thrown on the counter and no one bothered to call us up to let us know.
Been here three times. Every time I waited 4-5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Like 5 people behind the counter with zero eye contact and not a word for 5 minutes. Customer service? That’s so 2019. The tempura green beans are irresistible though, so I keep coming back like an addict.
Definitely a place you would want to go to if you're hungry and don't want fast food. Their burgers are definitely worth the prices they charge and some of them maybe even better then what they charge. The milkshakes they serve are delicious. Not in my top ten favorite places to go but I'd say definitely worth checking out if you're in the trails.
Delicious. Spendy compared to typical burger places. But this is no typical burger shop. Worth every penny.
Raw burger, rotten avocado, french fries undercooked on the inside. This, all while battling a nasty head cold...because just what I need right before Thanksgiving is food poisoning AND a head cold...said no one ever! The burger quality has really gone down too. It looks like a cheap Costco feeezer patty with freezer burn. Booo. My fries, small tea and burger were $15! Sad.
Good burger, long wait. I ended up ordering it on their app while I waited in line. They do have a good vegan burger and sweet potato fries though!
