5/29/22I wish I could write something interesting about Taco Bell that most people don't already know about this fast food chain; unfortunately, that isn't the case. Over the years, it's been relatively consistent; sometimes your order comes to you correctly, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the staff is friendly and helpful, other times, not so much.Although most people know that Taco Bell is not really Mexican food; I suppose it would be called Mexican Inspired??? But it still remains relatively cheap, although they have raised prices; however, if you want quick, on-the-go, with a little Mexican flavor, many people tend to run to Taco Bell; I'm no different.As dull as it sounds and really is, I will have a bean burrito with extra, extra onion for lunch once in a while; sometimes I get a little bit of onion at one end of the burrito; sometimes, I get none, lol.This time was no different, I received a little amount at the last bite of my burrito =/I can say that Silverdales Taco Bell's lobby was immaculate, and the condiment and drink area was very organized and spotless. I have been inside this Taco Bell a couple of different times recently, and surprisingly it's clean; who's to say if it remains that way always, I can't tell you, but on busy days or staff shortages, not so much, I'm sure.Silverdale's Taco Bell is reasonably handy, 3051 NW Bucklin Hill Road, Silverdale, Washington. It's across Bucklin Hill Road from Massage Envy, within walking distance to Staple's and Joann Fabrics.*FYI, some road work is happening on Bucklin Hill Road, so congestion can become an issue.**Happy Memorial Day, and please remember, Be kind to ALL living things!*
Ordered our food yesterday through the drive thru, they asked us if we wanted any taco bell sauce and never even put want in the bag. I also asked if I could add a 12 piece cinnabon to my order when I was at the window and they told me no I couldn't. (Technically telling me that I'd have to drive around two the drive thru and make another order which is ridiculous)
Staff is awesome at this location and the line moves fast. Getting increasingly frustrated with the app saying you have items at the store that arent available. Especially when I then get boxed in by 4 other cars and end up spending 4x as much as your app says.
This location always has friendly staff, the food is good and the lobby is always clean.I knocked them one star because there is always at least one minor thing wrong with my order whenever we go (tomatoes when we say no tomatoes, that sort of thing) and the line is always outrageously long during dinner rush, and it doesnt seem to move that fast.
I went to the drive thru a little after 10pm. Website says they are open until 1am. They just kept repeating I wasn't allowed to be in front of their menu. No matter what I asked. How are these places still in business?
Honestly this is the only Taco Bell I can go to because they're always super friendly and I've never had my order messed up! ☺️
Every time I go there, like 930 so not even that late, I only order stalled stake and they NEVER give it to me?♀️ Why are they over charging me for the food I’m not getting?? I tried TB one last time and you guys disappoint ? if you don’t like your job than don’t be there or take it out on ppl
Could be better at different times in the day, when they’re forced to actually care, but let me tell you. Night time, when you’d think be with people they’d mostly vibe with would order, they screw over the most. I door dashed an order that had a crunch wrap supreme, cheesy Gordita crunch, and a Chalupa. The crunch wrap supreme barely had ANY meat on it, the cheesy Gordita crunch had no lettuce or cheese on it, the chalupa had barely ANY meat on it as if I ordered a salad. We called and told them about the door dash order and that we would come in person Instead. The person who was at the window was minimal and stand off ish, and we re ordered our food.. the cheesy Gordita crunch still had zero lettuce. You can’t trust what’s going on nowadays as they don’t care about the type of service they give it about what you say is lacking. And you don’t want to say TOO much to risk them spitting in the food. If they haven’t already. The pandemic doesn’t matter because nobody is getting fired if they’re pretending like they’re willing to work. Long story short, service sucks, and food quality is worse than fast food. Silverdale sucks. Pictures I added are from the original order.
Because of its location, I'm at this Taco Bell more than others. The workers are always friendly and the service is fast. I get exactly what I order and it tastes the same every time. No complaints here :)
Taco Bell needs to hire more people. Understaffed. I wanted for over 10 minutes, no one acknowledged me. A simple hello would have been nice.
