How hard is it to read instructions? First time I ordered on the app, I will not be doing that again. I have never had as gross of a sandwich as I have had today and Subway usually is pretty bad. Today was exceptionally terrible. My sandwich was warm and gross after I asked for it to not be toasted. Toasting released liquid from the veggies once those touched the sandwich and steamed to cook. I always expect my sandwich to be thrown haphazardly together, it is Subway after all. Usually they can still be edible after the bad preparation job. Not today. There was smashed avocado all over the outside of my sandwich making it difficult to eat. After about 5 minutes, I could not eat it anymore. The combination of the avocado on the outside, the warm sandwich which I didn't want and the steam from the cooking veggies, my sandwich was soggy and inedible. My bread is steam-logged. I get you hate your job and you are miserable doing it but have a little job pride. If you can't make a simple sandwich correctly, then maybe you need a job a little less complicated. Something more up your ally like picking up trash.
I tried to order on line, was having trouble. Went inside and the lady's working helped figure out a way to do what I needed to do in order to make order.As a rush of people came in they still took the time to help me place my order.And then making my sub, they made it perfect, like always, and still had smile's on. I just wish I had gotten their name's.
Placed an Order online & was charged. Go into the subway at the time I was told it would be ready only for the employees to tell me that they have no order. I show them that I was charged by their store & was told to reorder and repay. I explained I’m not paying twice & want either a refund or my order. The employees were rude and entitled. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Went there for lunch with the family. Nice staff, very clean.
This subway is awesome, the staff is great too. They are changing their hours because they're short staffed though.

Always friendly and make good sandwiches at a decent price. I would prefer that they went back to their 24/7 hours as it was extremely convenient to have at least one place like that on the base. Currently have a few items missing on the menu due to Covid.
