The staff was super friendly and the only Starbucks open
Ordered a simple soy latte, told them to use my rewards for the soy. Guy at window entered it wrong and said couldn't fix it. He said use it next time and didn't seem to care about making it right. Which doesn't work for me--reward points always expire before I can use. A couple of months ago ordered a decaf in drive thru. Got to window and they were out of decaf and made a regular instead. Poulsbo 305 store and Wheaton Way Bremerton store and 303 store are much better. Great customer service, welcoming and friendly, and do whatever needed to get orders right and serve customer. Bucklin Hill one doesn't seem to care.

Basically any Starbucks is good for me. Employees are always very nice as well :)
Service was fast friendly and competent. The prices were average for Starbucks. The drive-through is kind of tight so you may have trouble if you have a truck or large car.
I waited in line for 20 minutes just to find out the barista was busy making drinks for her co worker and his friends for free.
Slow service. Always.
