Walking in here the first thing I noticed was how cramped the tables are. They are very close to each other which is not good with the coronavirus going around, and the booths have no room for movement. The servers are great but I noticed a worker "cleaning" a table by one quick swipe of a rag, which is gross. Also there menu is highly confusing with the amount of specialties and what not. The decoration is cool though.

I haven't been to Red Robin in over two years, so I was nervous. But I have been wanting a bacon cheese burger so badly. The food did not disappoint. However, the service kinda sucked. Our waitress only checked on us once after we placed our initial order. We ordered three different appetizers and we were not given plates or napkins. When we did get out plates, two of the for had food residue on them from the last time they were used. My husband had to leave our table and go to get new plates, and napkins from the waitress stand in the corner near wear we were sitting as our waitress was no wear around. My husband and fun even order extra drinks from the bar when she did return as they were not sure when she would be back again.I am not trying to hate on the waitress. I know she was working hard, as she had the entire area we were seated in, and part of the other dining area, all by herself with only one support person to deliver the orders.I'm not sure if this is the new Red Robin way of service, but it might take me awhile to go back if it is, even though the food was delicious.
Reasonable. But that's about it, honestly. Mid-day, mid-week it was a nice, quiet lunch spot in the bar. Seemed reasonably clean. Food was okay, not great. Prices were as expected. Our waitstaff was very friendly and helpful. It's a big ole chain burger joint...
I have fairly low standards given the state of the world what with employee shortages and covid and all the difficulties that come with that but this was one of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant. We finished our first drinks half an hour before the food arrived and despite asking several waiters, including our own obviously, we didn't get a second until after we were done eating which took us quite a while since all of our food arrived cold and in various states of incorrectly cooked. We wouldn't have eaten it but we had all arrived extremely hungry and would have been content with almost anything... we aren't picky. This was just bad. At one point I was desperate for water for our 5 year old who was trying her best to choke down the incorrectly cooked cold food i got the manager's attention and he just scoffed and turned away. It's possible he just didn't notice me with all the clearly other unhappy customers but hard to tell. Did we eat it? Yeah. Kinda. 2 stars cause I don't think any of us have food poisoning.
We are just going to stop coming here. We usually order curbside and our food is always cold and today was no exception. We called at the time our food was supposed to be ready, waited 15 minutes and called back. They said it “just came out”. They brought it to us cold. My guess is it was sitting there the entire time. It’s not that I don’t appreciate someone else is making us food, but if I’m paying for it I do expect it to be at least warm.
Filthy booth and disgusting bathrooms. Fries were stale, burger has old wilted lettuce and tomatoes.
The management does not seem interested on improving the overall customer experience when dining here. Two separate times one for my wife and one for my son that we went here for their birthday. While they sang happy birthday to several other tables both times and hinting it was their birthday. They seemed to have no interest in singing to our table both times. It’s not even the desert we’re interested in, it’s the fact that my son wanted them to sing to him.After telling the manager my concern, they seemed to have no care or interest in improving our experience and I inviting us back.I will be sure to not return.
Food came out quick & hot.. it was super yummy. Refills came out quickly.. service was good.. my husband got the only picture from the whole meal lol... it was delicious!
I love that the calories are on each menu item . I was able to eat a delicious meal under 300 calories. There is a little green check mark next to the low carb meal .
