I ordered a large well done pizza online last night Silverdale, WA, and received a burnt pizza. That is that the cheese was dark brown to black, and most certainly uneatable. The delivery was late as well. Don't waste your time ordering from Pizza Hut, they are nowhere near the company they used to be. Just a matter of time before they go under as well.
I called and made an order and during my order I was having trouble communicating with her because there was a screaming child on the other line with her. I could barely hear or understand what she was saying. I don't know why there is a child there especially by the phone when people are calling in making orders.
Half the pizza doesn't have any sauce or toppings and it made it into a box and to my door with someone obviously saying, "that is good enough for our customers!" Bright side is that they refunded the price, but that doesn't fix the fact that we were stuck with it for dinner.
Richard was awesome. Puller in for a late night pizza and though it was super busy he provided first class customer service to all the customers and got my pie out quick and fast. Well done, Sir!
Pizza was made perfectly, curbside contactless delivery was exactly as I expected. Always happy with pizza hut pizza. ?
Make the pizzas fresh. The pizza was very dry and hard. The bread was pretty much toast with way too much sauce and no barely any cheese. I paid extra for pan pizza and was given hand tossed.
Easily the worst pizza I have ever had. Somehow the dough was not cooked but also cardboard flat. Stuffed crust had no cheese in the crust and cheese on top was only on half the pizza. Specifically asked at pickup whether sauces were in the bag, kid at the counter confirmed but I should have checked before leaving because they were not. Burnt pepperoni were tasty if you took them off the actual pizza. Bread sticks and dessert also undercooked. Won't be going back.
They need to get people that can speak english to take your order. This is stupid. Cant even order a pizza without speaking to some indian in a call center.
Everything we had tasted delicious! And the customer service was great as well.
I placed my order at 10:30am. It’s now 5pm and still haven’t received it. The order details link still says it’s being made. Called the location 3 times being on hold 20-45 mins each time and no one is answering just hearing the hold song and voice talking about how Pizza Hut still hiring. So no idea what happened and how to get my money back at least.
