Probably the best ramen I've ever had. Haven't tried much in general, but I can tell this place is a cut above. It's been open for a bit and I'm regretting not trying it earlier. Although the reason I didn't try it sooner was that they were jam packed busy. It all makes sense now. We tried a bunch of dishes and though their portion size is not the largest, the food is tasty and made with quality ingredients, and prepared with care. Looking forward to our next visit!
I loved the friendly staff and amazing food. Seating is comfortable and spacious. The food is magnificent. You can tell the owner cares greatly about serving up good dishes. I had the Tonkotsu ramen and Korean fried chicken... Both were so good. The owner even brought us over a couple pieces of BBQ just to try out.
Incredible variety of ramen noodle soup. I've not really tried ramen before, but after experiencing Peter's Kitchens, I am now a fan for life. I ordered the Kurobuta Ramen (slightly spicy) at the chef's recommendation. The day before, I tried the Tonkotsu Ramen ( which was also recommended as a favorite and it was incredible..(.now, my favorite.) The ramen is served with smoked, tender pork belly and the broth was an alchemy of flavors you'll just need to experience for yourself. We also tried the Korean honey chicken wings( yummy) and the pickled radish side is a perfect palate cleanser for the ramen soup. The staff were extremely friendly. The seating areas are adequate, but due to the fact that the food is incredible...I'm afraid Peter's Kitchen will expand and eventually need to change their location to accommodate its happy patrons.
The BEST hole-in-the-wall Pan-Asian restaurant in Silverdale. The food is cheap and your plate is packed with big portions! Staff is very friendly and serves your food in a timely manner (sometimes the restaurant is packed on a weekend night causing wait time to be as long as an hour, but Peter himself was kind enough to give us some extras in our plates to make up for the wait).
Just go! Finished a hike and was feeling cold to the bone so we decided to try this place out. Hawaii comfort food always helps. This place really hit the spot!Best stop in Kitsap/Penninsula!
AAA+++ BEST, and I mean Absolute best food on the kitsap peninsula. Staff very friendly. Portion are huge. Prices are fair to high, but worth the quality.
Veggie ramen, egg rolls, and kaizen champon.Honestly the service was amazing. The workers were extremely helpful. They appeared to be short staffed but the workers were running around doing everything they could do get food out and people seated. Prices are fair given the very large portions. 10/10.
Yummy yummy food. My dinning experience was guided by the favorite ordering then picky Penny and I sampling.
The food is out of this world and the staff are great. Be prepared to wait, however, as they get busy and appear to receive a lot of take out orders. Worth the wait though.
Took me a while to build the courage to post this review so here it is: I worked here for a month. I was excited to work here because I liked the food and the aesthetic vibe. The owner's son and family friend helped me get the job, and they were both very sweet to me. Everyone I worked with was decently nice... except that Filipino lady named Tess. She was the rudest, most impatient, and unprofessional person I have ever met and worked with. I never worked in the food industry before and she made my first-time experience in the food industry horrible and more stressful than it should've been. Tess constantly scoffed at me, talked down to me, and even yelled my name from across the restaurant while customers were dining. During my last day of working with her, I was cleaning the restaurant after it closed while she was lazily sitting down, scrolling through her phone, and telling me what to clean. A few days later, I received a text message from her boyfriend, the owner, that I'm fired with no given reason. That was definitely not a coincidence. The owner never gave me a warning nor spoke to me directly about my work ethic before he sent me that text message. Not only was Tess unprofessional but so was the owner... no wonder they are a couple; a perfect example of why business shouldn't be mixed with pleasure. Overall, the food is good but it's a poorly structured place with long wait times. I will never support the business ever again.Moral of the story: never work for a family-owned business unless you already know them. It's better to work for corporations because of better benefits and better structure.
