They do everything great except their pizza isn't very yummy and it's more expensive than domino's so honestly I only ever go here bc they accept ebt. But the prices are so high with no coupons like all the other better PIZZA joints, it's still kinda not worth wasting ebt on. Safeway select offers a great frozen pizza. Better to go to safeway then and get that. I followed the directions on a thin crust recently and it said to cook it on the lower oven shelf. So I did. That was horrible advice! Why did yall do that to me,papa Murphys? It was irrevocably burnt to a crisp in under 10 minutes. I pulled it out after 8min and it was burnt to a crisp) The lowest cooking time listed was 12 or14minutes (I think. It was longer than 10m so regardless the exact number, it's ridiculous that it was undoubtedly trash before its first check on it time) something about cooking it at home manipulates me into thinking i did something wrong. So maybe papa Murphy is actually just a covert narcissist... ?♀️ anything is possible! I don't recommend eating here. Literally every other pizza place in town is better than papa Murphys. Just being honest...
At 3:30 PM I ordered 2 pizzas online for pick up at 5 pm. At 3:33 pm, I received an email confirmation stating our order would be ready at 5. My husband got off work at 5, drove over to the Silverdale location, arrived at 5:15 and went inside to check if our order was ready. One pizza was done and an employee stated the other would be done in 10-15 minutes. Since it was crowded in the lobby, he waited in his truck for 15 minutes. He went back in and asked about the pizzas and they told him they had given them away to a different customer. WHAT!!?Now it is 5:30 PM and he has no pizzas. He was again asked to wait another 10-15 minutes for the order. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. The manager refused to come to the phone to handle an upset customer and required his/her employee to handle my phone call. I indicated that I would call back to speak with the manager at a better time since they were so busy and asked for the manager's first name. The employee refused to give it to me stating that he could not provide personal information. Ummm, a first name when you manage a store is not personal information, it is professional when asked in the course of doing business, and I stated this to the employee, and he again refused to give me a name. I told him this was ridiculous, and hung up.I am disgusted with their lack of professionalism and service, and haven't heard back from the store owner yet. Truth is we will not be going back to this store unless we receive a call from them apologizing for the horrendous service and employing a cowardly manager that doesn't know what he/she/they is doing or how to provide appropriate customer service. Since these are franchises, corporate won't do anything, so Papa Murphys has lost regular customers due to this terrible experience.
Good, consistent bake at home pizza. Order is always ready when I come to get it.
Papa Murphys always comes through, we love the Pizza and breads, everyone in there is always so upbeat and courteous.
Great staff and love the spinach artichoke chicken pizza
The fastest team in Kitsap! Papa Murphy's for the Win on Tuesdays
Done and waiting before the expected pick up time. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Used the app to order online and unlike many pizza places it worked perfectly.
Always good. Their toppings are fresh and the taste is amazing.Their cheese is the best ever!
The people were very nice, efficient, and the place was very clean. At the time there wasn't much of a crowd, but the five of us were taken by friendly staff who didn't waste time but were also pleasant. The pizza deals are fantastic, everything was fresh and made exactly how we wanted it with great services.
I know their kids but irresponsible waited out side for my order after letting them know I was here none tried to tell me it was done after 15 mins had to ask again just to find out it was done
