The only reason I go here is because it is the only one in the area. Ever since I've moved here, this place has never been fully stocked: items are constantly running out. Best advice: stick to three items or less. For some reason if you order more than 3 items the order will always be given to you with something missing or messed up. Service is always slow, and one time I saw an employee walking around the back (in full view of the drive thru window) cradling a loaf of bread to her chest with no gloves. I hope that loaf got thrown out. Very unsanitary.
The coffee we ordered from DoorDash had a chemical taste in it. It tasted exactly like Puro. I wouldn't recommend the coffee from here. And now our stomachs hurt.
After not eating all day I drove out to this location. Ordered in the drive thru. Driving away and realized I was missing an item. Drive back. Got out in the rain to go in, something I was trying to avoid. As I stood at the counter with my bag of food, 3 employees pass me before a 4th acknowledges I’m there and she then called for someone else to come help me. This person proceeded to take everything out of my bag. I only ordered 4 items so simply glancing in and seeing the 3 I received should have been sufficient. But please let’s take every opportunity to cool off my hot food more. She was friendly and got my missing item for me. Ended up just eating in the parking lot so I could enjoy it warmish still.
The fact that you have at least 6 people in the kitchen without any hat on chit chatting while there’s at least 10 mins wait at the drive thru. Then wait at the window for a good 5 mins to be told to go around. Horrible service. Thought you all should know ;)
It was my first time going in and the place was very clean! The food was amazing, and the staff were so polite! I'll be back for sure!
Ordered through Panera website for delivery. The delivery was sourced out to Door Dash and was not delivered 30 minutes after it stated it had been. I called Panera directly and they reached out to the driver, who hung up on them. They remade my order and the manager personally delivered a perfect, still hot, meal very quickly. When she was in route, Door Dash delivered our cold meal. Thumbs down to Door Dash. But HUGE props to Panera for going above and beyond and acting so quickly to right it! Ya'll are incredible! Always a great experience here! (Sans Door Dash)
Great experience. The Grilled Mac and Cheese sandwich and the Turkey Chili were great together.
Terrible experience with this Panera bread! Had a very rude employee deliver my food to my table. I think her name was ASHLEY! She dropped my receipt on the floor and a customer from another table picked it up and she put it on my sandwich. I told her I had seen what happened and that I wanted a refund for the sandwich and to see a manager. Instead she brings another sandwich out. No manager showed up. This will be the last time I go there till she's gone. Not the first time I've had to deal with her attitude. Better business bureau will hear about THIS! And the health department
PLEASE make the iced coffee stronger! Last summer it was the best iced coffee around. These days it's watered down. Other then that this place rocks. :)
Came in today around 1pm with my 1 year old we placed our order in the iPad and went and sat down! I got my daughter into the high chair got the diaper bag off and within 5 minutes our food came out! I ordered a frozen coffee drink I looked on the tray and there was no straw so I saw lots of workers helping guest so as a tall red head girl walked past our table I said excuse me could you possibly grab me a straw? She said they are on the other side of the store and she walked off...... not to be seen again! A few other customers noticed and offered to get up and go get me a starw so that I didn't have to pack up my daughter and bags and go get a straw.The lady that works there was rude! Had lots of additude! And should really learn hospitality?
