They use their flat stack of pizza boxes as a table for personal belongings before folding it up and putting your pizza in. Backpack and a baby bottle and a clipboard when i last walked in a moment ago. When confronted they think nothing of it. “Why?” The other time I Went in there were pizzas sitting open and I found out 30 minutes later when i came back only one girl working was out of in the bathroom.
My husband ordered pizzas online for me to pick up today. I went in to the store and waited for my food. As I stood in the store I was watching the workers and was surprised to see a toddler running around in the back of the store and all over behind the counter. The lady that was cutting pizza was also playing with the toddler and picking her up and carrying her around. She also left the store and went out to get the toddlers diaper bag. The whole time this was happening she never once changed her gloves( even when she went outside). She also held the toddler while she was cutting the pizzas. This is all very unsafe and unsanitary! The toddler could have gotten hurt on the ovens and equipment back there. Also it was very unsanitary to be picking up the child and going outside without washing her hands before going back to work. She also worked the cash register without washing between jobs. I wish I had gotten my money back and left. Also by the time I got my pizza it was 20 minutes past the time they told me to pick up my pizzas.

Called in 45 minutes before close asking to order a pizza for pickup as I was down the road and the girl tells me they can't take orders their ovens are off. When I asked why they're not taking still open 45 minutes before close she gave me this huge attitude saying they're too short staffed and she can't just tell google they're short staffed. So caution to anyone trying to order after work, their hours may be misleading and their employees may be extremely rude. Very disappointed.
Denied service because i only have cash. They haven't accepted cash for about 2 months now. Cash is legal tender, don't understand.
The last two times I've called to order pizza no one has answered the phone and I let it ring for several minutes. I ended up having to order my pizza online because nobody would answer. It was really frustrating for me

The quality just isn't there anymore. This is what their deep dish looks like these days. Burnt and a mess. If the owner only knew how the employees are representing the restaurant.
