If you’re brave enough to order here, double check your order before you leave; they forgot half of the chicken in our order. It has been nearly impossible to resolve this and get a refund for just the missing chicken and the manager was not very understanding when I called. She told me to take it up with the third party I ordered from despite the order being made on their own website.The remaining chicken we actually received was overcooked, dry, and the breading wasn’t crispy, let alone extra crispy. I’m pretty sure it had been sitting awhile. The fries were old and stale and the biscuits cold. I have limited confidence anything was kept at proper temperature.
Waited in line for about 30 minutes to order. Once your in Line you can’t get out. Ordered food and was told it was not available to order in the drive thru only on the phone app. I have ordered the same food on many occasions at this Silverdale restaurant with no issues. I asked for the 10 piece feast and they said no. When I finally got to the cashier I was asked to get out of the drive thru and to leave. I guess I will try Popeyes chicken or Chesters. Can’t be any worst !!!
Nick was awesome in the drive thru. I would recommend the famous bowl or the popcorn chicken combo. Great with fries and BBQ beans. Service is usually quick (even drive through) and employees are friendly. They try to get you the best deals possible and will tell you if there's a better combo for things you order.
Not bad for fast food, though they *did* forget the Mac & Cheese I ordered necessitating a return trip to the store to sort out my order. Their chicken sandwich isn't as tasty as Popeye's, either, though it was okay. The Mac & Cheese was yummy!
Had Crispy 2 piece meal. It used to be good, now just 2.5 on 1-5. Lot of loud talk in kitchen. Understaffed. Nice lady on Checkout register.
Worst experience I’ve ever had in a long time,Service has been horrible ever since the remodel.But this time, was the final straw. it took me 40min, to get through the drive through which was empty when I showed up. They never communicated to me that they were making a new batch of chicken till I had already payed.It will be a very long time till I show up there again
Look. You didn't come here to eat good fried chicken. The circumstances which brought you here are nothing to be proud of. There are simply no other options for fried chicken within range of you and there's no going back now. Some people say that every time you eat at KFC a curse is placed upon you which shortens your life and makes you feel miserable... and they're called medical doctors. But. It is fried chicken, no more, no less.
Was able to order the new beyond nuggets tonight at kfc silverdale. Because of how they were cooked…they were literally inedible. Could not bite through them. I even had a hard time getting a sharp knife through. $12 in the trash. They also forgot to give us our two drinks. And the fries were ridiculously over cooked. Absolutely disgusted with the waste of money and will never return. Please take a look at the pics of those nuggets.
I wish I could give 0 stars, placed an online order at 130pm and had pickup set for 345pm, hubby brings home said order only to have items missing, food lukewarm and our biscuits hard as rocks, tried calling couldn't get a hold of anyone, seems like they made our food when the order was placed and then left it under heat lamps, for an 80 dollar order this is beyond ridiculous.
My wife and I went to the Silverdale location to get lunch. At 2 o’clock in the afternoon the location did not have chicken breasts available after taking our order for chicken breasts they then informed us it would be at least 30 minutes before they would have anything ready. How can you not have chicken in the middle of the day.
