We love our fish & chips and I get it, prices have sky rocketed on just about everything. In our opinion… Kettle Fish’s fish & chips were just average for us. I base it off of appearance, texture, flavor & batter crispness. It just wasn’t for us. We’ve had better F&C for the buck. I suggest trying Kettle Fish out. I’m all for local businesses especially good eats! ?

Really tasty fish, chips & tartar sauce. The clam chowder bowl our friend had was a very generous portion. Nice dine-in space, with some outdoor seating too. Would visit again.
First time experience was awesome, very clean and modern with open space as you walk in. Wife and I decided to both go for the cod and chips which was a 10/10, the clam chowder bowl was also a 10/10. The only downside I see happening is when the crowd starts to grow and the weather does not support outside seating, the seating inside is very limited, which is sad because the inside is a comfortable setting. Would recommend this to anyone, just be careful with larger size groups, as stated above limited on space.
A nice little place for an inexpensive seafood lunch. The fish fillets are breaded bread crumb style rather than batter dipped.The Good News: it's clean, reasonably priced, and has attentive staff. There's even a little patio to sit outside.The Bad News: because of the nature of the traffic flow in the area parking can be a challenge. Also it's more setup for take away than dining in.
We bought 2 of the platters and a serving of the crab Mac and cheese.Let's start with the Mac.Noodles were under cooked and there was hardly any cheese sauce.....waste of $11.As for the platters......you might get 3 or 4 good pieces of clam strips and the rest is crumbs. You mostly get fries.Save yourself the time and money and just go to Red Lobster. As it's about the same price and quality.....but you will get far more for your money at Red Lobster.

Kettlefish has the best fish and prawns around, as well as their steamed clams. Much lighter and tastier than Ivar's or Skipper's. Their service is exceptional. Ordering from their website is so simple and easy, and pickup is contactless, fast, and great. I don't recommend establishments very much, but this one I highly recommend.
My wife and I are longtime fish and chip enthusiasts and order then in all of our travels. living local we have been wanting to try Kettlefish and finally was able to. We were very impressed (first of all the place is clean as a whistle) to me that is an indicator of how the rest of the place is operated. we ordered fish and chips, shrimp and coleslaw. then was able to try some clam chowder as the Christmas spirt was alive and the owner brought some to us to try. without being to longwinded we ate every scrap of the generous portions including the cooked perfectly chips (no soggy fries here) all was excellent and will be back for sure.
KettleFish has the best seafood in Kitsap County, hands down! I'm a little bit of a clam chowder snob, and their chowder is FANTASTIC! The seafood at KettleFish is fresh, sourced locally, and always served with a smile! If you're a fan of delicious seafood and you've not been to KettleFish, you should! My guess is...you won't be disappointed!
