I don't mind waiting for great for and GREAT service, this restaurant specific, delivered neither.Waited 17 minutes for a delicious chocolate shake but what I received was not delicious, it was a runny unmixed brown milk???I have been a Five Guys and Fries fan for years but this Silverdale Washington unit is horrible! NEVER AGAIN.
The burger patty's don't fit the bun So you end up without enough meat and nothing but bun. For the price it's definitely NOT worth it. Will not be going back.
Pretty ok. About as much as any burger place can be to be honest. Nothing special outside of the condiments you can add onto your burger..
It was pretty empty and my server/cashier was a trainee. Talk about RUDE! That alone brought it down two stars especially since the trainer stood there looking scared! The wait for the price for a hamburger, fries and a coke was another star gone! You can’t possibly have 6 people working, chit chatting, throwing the f-bomb out a few times and expect folks to be satisfied. It’s a freaking place of business folks. Do your job, do it well, do it professionally with a focus on customer services and folks will come back and forgive. Well, I was a fan of five guys and just moved back here and will never go back. Plenty of places to eat in Silverdale (even McDonald’s here is 100% better). You get one star because the individual who gave me my food after 20 mins was extremely pleasant. Otherwise folks, SKIP THIS PLACE! Never again!
This Five Guy place is Amazing ? My General Manger and I went there to grab a quick Burger . First of all they where so respectful that I had a Mustard allergy to make sure to use clean glove and cutlery just to insure my meal was top notch.which it was . But then we where sitting there waiting for our ? burgers and listening to a Dream team communicating perfectly to one another without putting each other down always uplifting each other and just made it an amazing and joyful lunch to the point my general manager and I even asked what the team leads name was unfortunately I don't remember this time but she was amazing and her team was amazing more like that's the type of people we want to hire they're extraordinary they treat their people great and they treat their guests even better way to go five guys in Silverdale
Best, juicy burgers in town. Their Cajun fries are bomb! Honestly, if you order a burger here and eat it in the restaurant...it is heaven. I have tried to take these home, but the end result is always a soggy burger. Best eaten fresh. A lot of times I will order a burger and drive to Silverdale waterfront park ( 5 minutes away) and sit and eat my burger with a beautiful view of the waves crashing on the beach and watch the boats sail in the harbor. Life's little joys are these moments.
Significantly overpriced!! 2 burgers 2 small shakes and 2 fries for $52.00 Fries were mushy piles of grease. Burger was outstanding shake was very good but very small.
This place almost killed me. I have a sever mushroom allergy. I ordered a bacon burger and for some reason they added mushrooms. I never even said the word mushroom and no where on the receipt does it say mushroom. My tongue went numb which made me check my burger. Sure enough, covered in mushrooms.If you have food allergies, beware!
Only been here a few times, but the food is awesome! Huge portion sizes for the price! Definitely will be coming back here.
May be controversial, but I found the burgers to be nothing special, tasty and definitely more fresh than other places but not mind blowing. The fries however were great, and I received an incredible about of them, with the cup being completely full and probably another 20 fries in the bag. The interior design is pretty cool and I will definitely come again, on days I feel like I just need a good satisfying meal.
