We love this place, but there have been some issues recently. We got two long, wavy hairs in our ribs one time, then the next time there was a piece of metal in our beans. When brought to the attention of the owner, he did not seem to care. He just said that they'd 'be more careful'. If I would have swallowed that piece of metal, I could have been hospitalized. I don't know why they are going down hill right now, but be careful when eating their food.
My second visit to this smokin awesome Texas BBQ establishment just outside of Silverdale. I got a pound each of brisket, and pulled pork. Both have the requisite smoke ring of proper 'que. It was Tuesday, so my wife got three brisket tacos, we both got smoked Mac'n cheese, and corn bread. Everything was outstanding, make this your next food experience.
For me this is the BEST BBQ place!!! When I go back to Florida for vacation, I'm going to have to hunt down someplace & see if THEY are better...I have my doubts! Their ribs are meaty & fall off the bone every time. Their pulled pork is phenomenal. Their custom in house sandwiches are amazing. The potato salad tastes like my Mom makes & I'd have to fly 3000+ miles to get that! Their smoking mac n cheese is astounding. Their BBQ sauce? YES! Everything I want in a BBQ sauce is right here at Danny's BBQ. The employees are on top of their game with always being nice, courteous, attentive, & thorough. I wish I could eat there everyday!!! When I do go to get food, I always get a rib plate, either a Danny's sandwhich or a Da Bomb, at least side of Mac n Cheese, & a big container of potato salad. I understand that everybody has a different flavor when it comes to BBQ, but this place nails mine of the head. I definitely recommend this place if you want excellent quality & flavor. I hope you enjoy Danny's BBQ as much as I do!!!
Great BBQ and friendly staff. I had the TNT burrito it was huge and full of meat! Everyone enjoyed their food.
Food was delicious, the indoor dinning was clean the staff was friendly. After a long day hiking on the Olympic peninsula we were hungry. We went home with happy tummies! Also got to meet this cutie at the door waiting for his humans to get there order! Good dog!
November, cold outside. Dinner, dine in. 1st time here. The dine in area is very small about 5 tables, 4 chairs each, very close together. At least 2 larger picnic tables outside under an overhang. Order front at the front desk. Limited options, a few meals , sides and individual sandwiches. Front counter lady was pleasant. The food was really good flavored. Two meals and my wife shared some of each. One rib meal and one brisket meal. The ribs were good, only 4 small ribs included with 2 sides and a slice of Texas toast. The brisket was very good and a little larger portion of meat, plus 2 sides and toast. We tried 3 different sides: beans (good flavor), coleslaw (good flavor) and grilled zucchini and peppers (interesting flavor. Texas BBQ meats and then a Carolina vinegar sauce veggie sauté). Both of us did not like the very dry Texas toast. Also a note on the BBQ sauce. It was good , however, there was only one choice. A lot of BBQ pits offering than one BBQ sauce.Final observation, the beverage options are very limited. Bottled teas, Wal-Mart bottled water. No refillable fountain drinks. Overall, good flavor, smaller portions than other BBQ pits, but worth eating at.
Danny's was amazing! I got the ribs and they were melt-in-your-mouth amazing! My roommate got the smoked chicken and honestly it was some of the best chicken I've had in my entire life! Also, the Mac and Cheese was to die for. The only thing I wish was that the cornbread was not so dry, but other than that, no complaints. Great food, great service, and I'll definitely be coming back!
We had 3 meals two of which were Beef Brisket, and one pulled pork. The food was outstanding and the sides were excellent. I really don't care for potato salad out but the potato salad and coleslaw here was very very good. The entire experience was top notch. Highly recommended.
First time here and it was very good and very clean. Came to 82.00 for 4 people. No table service and the bathrooms are not in the building. You have to go outside and down a covered sidewalk and into another building to use the restrooms.
Amazing food! Literally the portions are great. My husband and I paid $56 for three meals which came with portion of meat and two sides with Texas toast. The smoked Mac and cheese is so creamy, absolutely my favorite. My husband got the baby back ribs and the meat just falls off.Absolutely worth the money ❤️❤️
