Their gas is a great price
Loved the store when we started! I'm a person that loves consistency; the more often I visit this store, the consistency is less and less. It actually gives me some anxiety going in, I get into routines of buying specific items but I'm seeing items quickly filter out. So if you see it, buy it now.
The staff is rude at this location, it looks like a lot of other reviews agree. From the very start as we entered I asked the greeter if their store was requiring masks with vaccination (because each store is different on policy etc.) the man very aggressively said “you can read the sign over there” mind you there was a crowd of people in front of the sign and it was small and hard to see/read from where we were standing. A simple yes or no would have sufficed. Especially because this mans entire job is to stand out front, greet and answer questions. He obviously hated his job and just should not be a greeter. Maybe it’s too much to ask for friendly professional and kind interactions from a store greeter now?In my opinion this man should be moved to a part of the store where he doesn’t have to interact with people.Will not be returning to this location because of the staff here. We are right between 2 locations so we will take our business to another store.
Some items like fermented sauerkraut hard to find elsewhere consistently. Selections are limited but always spend more than intended. Overall satisfied with selections.
My family has shopped at this location for years, and usually are very happy with store and staff. However, this past weekend, after the face mask requirements were lifted, we were feeling very excited to shop. While standing at the check out line, my wife turned to me complaining that the girl waiting on us was rude. I didn’t know what she said that until we got home, and was explaining that both the check out girl, and the girl boxing our purchases were betting on people in line that were and were not vaccinated. One of them said, “what about these two,” directing to my wife and I. They are lucky I didn’t hear them, because I would have gladly pulled out my card to show them, along with calling them out to everyone near us. Both my wife and I are fully vaccinated, and those girls would have just made fools of themselves. Please remember that you are working in public, and people can hear your remarks to each other.
Best Costco in town. Has everything you need to stock up your pantry for the year. I recently started getting some of their fresh chicken pot pies for the family. They are a huge hit.
Customer service is great and the store is well organized. The only reason for the 4 star is the other customers. Stopping in the middle of every aisle, leaving no room to walk past. People become oblivious the second they walk through the front door
Best Costco in the area. Always well stocked, friendliest staff that is very helpful and glad to see customers. Mask police are very tolerant of those who don't wear masks because they shouldn't . Awesome food for a quick lunch or snack.
Wide aisles. Fast checkers. Smooth process always.
Costco is so consistent. They have made good improvements to the layout lately. Good quality on most items, and priced very well. Food court had extremely affordable options. Photo department has helped me a few times. Eye care department is also very good.
