I can honestly say I've never been to a CEC, my son really wanted to go and I must say the staff was amazing and respectful, one thing I noticed that I very much appreciated was the restrooms were sparkling which with all these kids running around was a pleasant surprise. The only down side is it's relatively small my son went through all the games in under 30 min, the variety of games was not great at all. Then we just went in circles for the next two hrs repeating the games until he was over it.

The kids have fun. Most the staff is good there is a handful super lazy won’t get off their phone. Pay $11 bucks for salad bar it’s messy and alot or empty. Asked the young girl if she could get some of the stuff she got one of thing things sat back down on her phone! We come here often and it’s always a repeating problem.Sounds like we need some better management!

Several machines where out of order, empty or just not functioning correctly. We never saw Chuckee come out, Im not sure if they do that anymore though, it has been several years since I've been to a CC? The food is expensive!! The staff where all really helpful and there was a young man with glasses buzzing around the place keeping it clean. Think if I come again it will be earlier in the day.

We had so much fun. There seemed to have been more games at this location then the previous Chuck E. Cheese locations I have been to. They had games that is fun for the adults while the kids are having fun. We purchased time on our card instead of the points. So that way we could pass our card amongst us and could play different games at the same time.

My grandson has been wanting to go he says that every time he sees the advertisement so it was his 4th birthday today and surprised him his 6 year old brother and 9 year old cousin and they had a blast. Of course like everything else in kitsap County it was on the spendy side but seeing all the excitement it brought him it was worth it

I've never had an issue here. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. We had a birthday party for my son here and I believe her name was Jasmine, she was so sweet and friendly.

Nice staff great food and fun experience. Waited a long time to redeem tickets through, sevral employees just looked at me and didnt day anything till someone finally asked me to go to the front first.

It was super crazy and busy with bday party's. But the whole family had fun. They want you to take a picture with your kids as soon as you go in to make sure you are not stealing someone kid. That's awesome. They have gun games that the time Flys way to fast. They are a little spendy. But it's a awesome place to take your family.

We had a birthday party there like we have done in the past. Our host Presley did a great job for us. She asked if we needed anything multiple times and was always helpful. While playing some of the games my kids said they wanted French fries. To make things easy I went to the counter that was right by the games and ordered the fries. Presley was yelled at by her boss Jasmine for allowing us to order at the counter insinuating she wasn't doing her job. After that she was clearly walking on eggshells which is unacceptable. Presley came to pick up our garbage from the table like plates and napkins and we were piling it up for her to help. She said no, no please don't do that I need to do that. Her boss was going to yell at her again if she didn't do every single thing we asked like a servant or something. We had quite a large party probably 20 people or so. Next was the cake. Presley brought out our cake and we got a count of how many people wanted a slice. While slicing it my dad went up to start passing out the slices to our entire family. Again, Presley was afraid for her job since we helped. Now you may train your employees to wait on parties' hand over foot, but if a party chooses to help it is their decision. We did not book a party to receive a servant we just wanted a place to get our family together and let the kids have some fun. After cake I noticed that Presley was no longer around. Her boss had sent her home like she did a bad job or something which was totally untrue. She was a wonderful host run ragged by a micro-managing boss with no common sense. As someone who runs multiple businesses, I felt that was completely unacceptable. Other than this the venue was awesome. The party was a great deal, and my kids had a ton of fun. I just felt terrible for our host Presley who had only worked there a month. During these times we are in you should cherish and appreciate your employees.... they're hard to come by. You'll be lucky if she did not quit because I would have.

So it’s my daughters birthday and we came in the doors. The lady at the counter was very nice and allowed us to come in. Then a dark haired lady was putting a food away without a mask on. My husband and kids were wearing one for health reasons. The dark haired lady told us we had to wear masks. She was literally unmasked and putting food away behind the buffet. Very unprofessional as well as hypocritical. We left and won’t be back!
