I do love Chipotle, but seems to be impossible to find a Chipotle with lettuce. I feel if they just keep the signs up about health concerns they'll never have to offer if again, but for the price it's definitely lacking. I'm also disappointed in them not offering a military discount on any day in a giant military community. Do better Chipotle!

Typically out of at least one protein and topping, lobby is always a mess

Usually my orders are done correctly. I ordered on Door Dash and their service was great.Chipotle left the Sofritas out of my order, so my dinner was rice with a small amount of black beans and salsa. Not what I planned on eating for dinner.Very disappointed.

In the last 15 years my wife and I have been to dozens on Chipotle locations across a handful of states. We love Chipotle and have frequented the local ones hundreds of times. Since moving to Kitsap county we've been to this one many times as well. I have NEVER seen any restaurant or fast food location, especially not a Chipotle, so poorly managed.I have left feedback 20+ times and spoken directly to the manager. You can reliably expect that this location will screw something up with your order. They are always out of something. This is NOT due to Covid shortages and existed at this location since I started coming here in 2017. They don't purchase or train teams to prepare ahead and are always out. If am going to drive 20 minutes, wait in a 10 minute line, and then be let down that they don't have chicken, guac, or something else, I'm no longer going to bother.If rather not eat something my wife and I both love than come back here... And we've tried so much and been very patient.If another location we're to open in Kitsap county I would rather drive there.

Went to get a burrito. Got stopped at the door and was told by an associate sitting on the bench outside that if we didn't have an online order then they couldn't serve us because they were 30 minutes behind on online orders. However they had a person sweeping outside and a person sweeping inside and the associate sitting on the bench outside turning everyone away. That is 3 associates that could have been helping catch up on orders and serving the other people that were turned away. Terrible customer service. Will not be back.

Worst chipotle ever ! They seriously don't have it together at this location. They are always short staffed ! The line be nearly out the door and they move super SLOW. They charged my card for a order that was not mine due to the lack of attentive. And they also , ran out of chicken one time and didn't bother to make more. They didn't even have certain sauces and can care less about making more. The customer service sucks. The management is terrible and they close whenever they feel like it regardless of what their online website says. DO NOT GO HERE.

I like the fact that I can get a somewhat healthy meal here and the price is right. Online ordering also is a huge plus so that I don’t have to stand in line. My last three pickup orders have all had some sort of issue with the items received. Most recently, the veggie bowl came WITHOUT the veggies, just rice, beans and salsas. Frustrating. Maybe the kids don’t care, maybe the are too busy, but I really need to start checking my order right inside the restaurant before I leave to start making sure it’s correct. Or stand in line. I find the food a little heavy handed on the salt, but I feel that way about most restaurants. What used to be a place I’d visit several times a month has turned into several times a year sadly. I only dine here when I’m in the area and Chipotle refuses to open in Hawaii. The mistakes made when placing pickup orders could make me a “once a year” customer.

It’s unfair that the employees that work here have to explain to hungry angry people that they’re understaffed and can’t handle the enormous amount of online orders they get. Need better management but on a corporate level, not much you can do about it right now :/

Based on all the other 1 star reviews I have read there isn't much I need to say. They messed up my online order multiple times. This time they were nice enough to place a sticker on the outside of my order that said Burriotto and give me a bowl instead. I just wish more restaurants would let me order stuff and then give me the things they want to make. I'm sure I'll be back next time I want a surprise for lunch.P.S. my juice was expired. Thank you!!

The line was long but it went by quickly. The food was so yummy. I had the chicken bowl for lunch. SO good. I They also had a lot of door dashers and other food picker uppers there!
