Used drive through tonight. They forgot my order, my friends got their food. I only got my drink.Got home and that's when noticed no burger. It's OK I didn't really want to eat anyways.Tried to call, no one answered.I've worked at JITB before, it's not hard to double check to make sure everything is there.
It's marked as dine-in available both in Google Maps and the Burger King app, however when I got here they have a sign on their door saying dining room closed. I was still able to take my bike through the drive thru and the staff was friendly and helpful. Food was ready quick and the fries were warm.
Ordered a Whopper, with a coupon, free medium fries, with coupon. They only allow you to use 1 coupon per order. The receipt said Impossible Whopper. They did fix that, but the Whopper had so much mayonnaise and onions on it, making it harder to eat, and they didn't put any napkins in the bag.And they don't have strawberry shakes anymore!So I got a Whopper (room temp, LOT'S of onions and mayonnaise) and NO fries.Definitely won't be coming back to the Silverdale store.They need to open the dinning room up for people that don't like going through the drive thru, even if just for takeout!
I will always have a place in my heart for this location. It's where my father and I came every Sunday afternoon for lunch. The staff were always friendly and efficient, I never had an order mishandled, and the quality was always consistent.
I stopped here tonight when I saw people in the lobby and in the dining room eating. As I walked up to the doors I was greeted with a sigh that said that the lobby was closed and that the drive thru was all that was open with hours. I was through upset and just left. I may never go back.

They messed up the order after being in line for ever it seemed like. Not sure what is going on anymore. Wendy's had super long line but thank goodness never had a messed up order. So very frustrating.
We had a big order that was all the same temperature which is hard to find with fast food restaurants. ? keep up the great work !!
Was as good as any other Burger King I've visited. Not better or worse.
the entire crew that works for Silverdale Burger King is lazy for months now their Lobby has been closed while all the competition has the lobbies open do not go to this Burger King it is a waste of your time and money
