I sat down with a fairly large group of friends the other night and only 4 of us ordered drinks. We then waited an hour with no server coming to take our orders. We just didn't get served for some reason. We ended up leaving and getting food elsewhere. Just don't understand why you wouldn't take our orders?
Worst experience ever. Waitress was great, food room an hour. A drink spilled on me the hostess at the front counter 3 feet away from me stood there laughing at me instead of offering to help. She was the blonde girl with glasses
Nashville hot chicken sandwich was good. I like any restaurant that has an app to look up menus, etc and reward programs are a plus.
I ordered 3 piece tenders with cheescurds and this is exactly what I got. What is this? And why are there so very little cheese curds? All for $12? Not worth it.If you’re trying to have a meal I suggest you go to McDonald’s. You’ll actually get more for $12 than BWWs.
Not sure why an online take out order can get so messed up. Get a wedge salad that is all pulled apart with no tomatos, not even a full peice of chicken that was cut in half to look like there was more. Oh and didn’t get salad dressing with it either and the bacon and onion was barely there. So I paid almost $15 for basically a bunch of lettuce and hardly any fixings that were supposed to come with it. And when you get chips and salsa for a side on your meal and you only get chips. Seriously I just paid $70 for take out and the food has gone way down hill and so did you person checking the food as it’s goin out the door.
I had the Carolina Reaper sauce on 5 boneless wings and it was so hot! I loved the burn and it tasted delicious. This was my first time ever going and I definitely will be going back. The staff was also very friendly!
B Dubs is a pretty solid venue. If you use a food delivery app, their food ready alerts are usually off by ~6 minutes. It'd be appreciated if you either adjust the food ready alert, or get the food to the pickup area when it's ready. Otherwise amazing place with consistently good food.
Food was good. But service was lacking. Which, in today's environment, seems to be the norm. It's a shame though...
Good food, service can be better (slow to bring sauces, wanted over 20 minutes for our bill)
