6/11/22This place is a joke! I paid for our meal at the register and we were told to go sit at the table in the corner by the exit door. This was at 9pm and there was only 2 other people in the dining area. When the food came out the wings were lukewarm and tasted like they were reheated out of a box. I paid $14.49, I expected much much more. NOT ONE TIME did ANYONE come to our table to ask how everything was or to refill any drinks. My daughter had to go searching around for ketchup because we couldn't get anyone's attention. I will not be coming back and will be sure to let anyone who asks me about this place the quality of food and type of service they can expect. Absolutely horrible!!!
Great food, great service. Had to take home leftovers the servings were great! Felt bad about spilling appetizers all over server shirt today but he was gracious and replaced everything. Bartenders were awesome and have quick refills! I'd highly recommend this place. My out of town family was very impressed too! They loved their selection of burgers and hope to one day have a location in Mississippi they can enjoy.
So it's Mother's day and I'm sure they are busy. We put our order in for the wrong location (this one) and once confirmed realized the mistake we made in haste! I called immediately and they made sure the kitchen didn't start on it, and then after figuring out that I couldn't cancel it online they called the correct location and put in my order! Thank you for understanding, and thank you going the extra mile to make sure we had a great mother's day celebration!
After an entire day of traveling I-5 in the snow and ice to get up here to see my sister, Blazing Onion was on the menu for dinner (mine and my nieces first time to a blazing onion). The burgers and apps were great! As a former restaurant owner and someone who’s worked in the service industry for years, the thing that stood out the most to me was the mood of the staff. These guys were like a well oiled machine, upon my asking the hostess recommended a non alcoholic drink that was really quite a treat(I think she was new, she’s a gem!) The guy with the mask that looks like it’s his face was personable and attentive, The manager had a great attitude and made us all feel like we mattered…that’s important this day in age as no one wants to be looked at as a wallet with legs and with so many food choices it’s hard to stand out…but because of the amazing, customer service and staff who seemed happy to be there (rare find these days) we are already looking forward to our next visit! This place has something good going and you guys should be proud of yourselves! Thanks for the great experience!
The food was good, but the portion was small. It's pricier than I expected. I got the burger dip, and it was not very filling. The rest of my group got other burgers, and they were good-sized. The burgers do come quite pink inside for my taste. I have been told that's how good restaurants cook them, but I like my burgers with no pink.
My family and I visited this restaurant on Saturday.We were excited because this was going to our first time and we heard they had great burgers! My burger and my Sister's burgers were fully cooked through and very tasty.My Mother and My Nieces burgers were raw in the middle.When we spoke to the waitresses we were told that is now their burgers were made.I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me their( my Mother and Niece) burgers where not to look like that and that they were not cooked proberly.He offered to cook them new burgers, my Mother said she would appreciate that, my Niece said no that she didn't trust that it would be made right. My Mother got her new burger (asking for it to be well done), when she got her new burger it was again not cooked fully.I asked my Mother if she wanted me to tell them and she said no, she was tired and just wanted to go home.When we got home we have the burger to our dog.Were very dissatisfied with our experience.
Best Blazing Onion restaurant I've been to, probably because it's one of their "Whiskey Bars" :-)Really great Whiskey selection too, had a Mortlach Rare Speyside which has not been easy to find anywhere. Lots of other whiskeys too made the choices hard to narrow.Good food service, normal B.O. fare, all in all a great lunch experience.
Me and my wife went with friends on a weekday to unwind and catch up with our friends before they move. The service was very good. We received our meals in a timely manner. Our server was very understanding and respectful of complicated orders (If you remember us comment your name and I will put you on the review). I had the impossible burger which was done on purpose this time because I wanted a light meal. Which it came out to be the perfect balance of burger and vegetables. With an amazing taste. I recommend it if you don't want an exhausting belly buster. This restaurant is great. They have all of the standard burgers as well as a nice selection of specialty gurgers; they also have a selection of other items as well. Every thing I have had here has been quite good. The dinning room is family friendly and the full service lounge has a sports bar vibe to it.
Have yet to be disappointed by the quality of food here. My go to order is the Gorgonzola Steak Salad and sweet potato fries. The Northwest Cobb is also delicious as are the burgers and wings. Overall great choice for dinner.
