Went in to celebrate my wife's birthday. Food was excellent and the waitress was kind, helpful and took care of everything we requested, including serving a small birthday cake that I brought toend our meal. Wish I knew her name.THANK you for making it a happy birthday for us.Including the group singing of happy birthday for her!
We ordered $78.00 worth of dinner for take out and not only was it cold , my fajitas were missing the tortillas and the rice and beans sour cream guacamole that we paid extra for .I called the restaurant and the manager was very hesitant to offer me any credit and wantedMe to come the next time and get the tortillas and the rice and beans.. which I feel is absolutely ridiculous . Take another trip over there for tortillas ? I wasn’t asking for a full refund just the amount of money that it would cost to order the sides and he finally agreed and said it would take a couple days however it’s been a couple weeks we never were refunded anything we will never go there again .Customer service fail.
My rating is based on my plate. Had the “Grande” combination with a michelada. The michelada was perfect, the food on the other hand, the chicken tamal was ok, not too bad not delicious, just ok. The rice rice and beans were ok as well, but the asada taco, it tasted as if the asada meat had no seasoning. The asada taco for me was the reason for a two star, was going to give a it a three star, but the asada just had no seasoning. Service was ok, no happy energetic people working, servers just looked as if they were just tired employees trying to get through the day. There was other things that I would recommend though, as an appetizer, they have this cheese dip that was really good, and my wife said that the tostada supreme was pretty good as well. Overall, an OK place with good drinks and unseasoned carne asada.
I order a combo plate enchiladas with salsa Verde which come with rice and refried beans.1- the refried beans were 4 1/2 stars.2- the rice was cook well but no flavor, 1 star.3- the enchiladas; decent flavor, the tortilla need to be fried a little then dip into the sauce. Not just warm the Tortillas and add the sauce on top. 1/2 star. The service was awesome, great staff.
Got a Fajita for two, very generous serving, Fajita for one would have been plenty.Food good, but disappointed in the margaritas...and margaritas key to great Mexican...for some reason tasted like coconut, even remade for me...but still coconut. I like coconut, buy not in margaritas.
We ate at the bar. And it was really busy. Every table was taken along with every bar stool. The staff handled it really well. The reason I give thus place 3 stars. Our Margaritas were watered down. And the salsa that comes with the chips was bland. After that we thought our food was going to be bland. But, it was spot on flavorful.
You should be ashamed to charge 17.50 fo a patron margharita, that's absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I should bring my own little bottle in and put in my drink, inflation bull---t!
Stop reading reviews of this place. Just come over and try yourself. It will not disappoint. My only regret is not having a bigger stomach appetite to try everything on the menu. Here you can get both quality and quantity. Don't delay come over and you might catch me there. Mexican food is my comfort food! Thank you Azteca.
Great service and food
Great Mexican restaurant and up to the company's high standard. I love their Enchilada Verde.
