I sincerely hate to do this too a store that I love to frequent but oh my God tonight was it I've been going in that store and they've been out of cheddar they've been out of the right bun they've been out of all kinds of things but tonight tonight told the whole story they were out of flipping roast beef why you even open your doors your Arby's if you don't have any roast beef I am disgusted this store is completely mismanaged it's getting Arby's a horrible name and everyone who works there should be ashamed of themselves or the owner definitely should be because that stores completely mismanaged completely and to top all of that off the guy behind the counter keeps asking my name but two seconds later he can't remember it calls me something else I told him the other night just don't even ask me what my name is just say hey you your food is ready customer service I believe they're trying but the food thing is out of line
I have been going to this Arby's for 20 years and they have always provided me with great service and food.
The food is goodand the service is good as well. The prices are better then some of the other popular fast food places. I wish they would open there dinning room
FINALLY!!! After 2 years of the lobby being closed, they opened it back up. I was starting to loose hope that they would ever open it back up but we came and we are happy that we can actually now eat in.
I have been going to this location for over the past 6 years,And I can say most of the time I have a wonderful experience. Sometimes I have a bad experience but when you have ate there close to 100 times there are bound to be a couple bad days.I look forward to dining in here again!!!
The gentlemen working this evening were friendly and very helpful. I had tried downloading the Arby's app and it did not recognize the Silverdale location, so I went in to order. I also had a 50% off a sandwich which I tried too redeem and the scanner would not recognize the QR code. The manager manually put it in and compt us extra. They were quick to get out food made and our fries were fresh and hot. The experience made my night.
Food and service was great. Only lost a star because the soda machine was out of rootbeer

You would think with 10 people working there it wouldn't take 21 minutes to get your order and then when you do receive it there's no salt ! Seriously..go next door to the dozens of neighboring restaurants and borrow some ! OR you could go across the street to Safeway and buy some..accommodation for your customers sadly seems to be a thing of the past
It was OK but they forgot some of the food I ordered so I had to go back and get the rest of the food just wish they had a drive through
