I really wish I could give 4.5 stars. And I will absolutely change this review if I notice initiative. The food was absolutely wonderful! I got a vegetarian burrito (5 stars!) and it came with a perfectly cooked hot pepper and delicious hot sauce. The reason I have to give 4 stars is because of the single-use plastic and styrofoam containers. The guy working was very friendly and he did actually ask me if I wanted a plastic bag instead of just putting it in one. I thanked him for asking. I will be back, but I will just request a small sheet of foil and bring my own container to put it in! (I've never had a restaurant or food vendor say no or seem bothered with requests like this! We ALL have to do better)
As an amateur taco critic these five stars don’t come easy. The Birria tacos were rich, juicy, flavorful and saucy! The horchata isn’t too sweet while still delivering on a solid flavor.Caveat, not every place it going to get everything perfect, so I can’t speak to every item on the menu, but if the items tried solid!
This food truck is awesome! My daughter usually gets the carne asada plate and I get the breakfast burrito. Excellent and tastes fabulous. Very affordable and super nice folks! You won’t be disappointed!
Great food and great customer service !!!!
Solid little spot for tacos and other Mexican food. Had carne asada plate and a variety of tacos. Everything was tasty and enjoyable.
Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot! It is AMAZING! Super affordable, really good food. 100% on my regular list. Not the biggest menu, but what they have is fantastic. Also they offer some really amazing American breakfast entries as well. Haven't tried those yet, but if there anything like the Mexican side, I'm sure they're amazing as well.
Me and my husband loved the breakfast Burrito and the Alpastor tacos they were yummy.
Menu is a blend of American and Mexican food truck with pupusas from El Salvador. I got tacos, breakfast burrito, and carne asada fries. Overall decent, fries were a little soggy from the cheese, would have preferred more guacamole than cheese, but it was good. Tacos were good. The al pastor meat was the best, pineapple flavors came out really well. The taco tortillas were ok, they weren’t freshly made.
I moved to the neighborhood during pandemic lockdown in April 2020. There is not much around here but a subway and burger kingand Black pearl (good chinese!) This food truck recently opened up and it is much needed due to the limitations of food choices in the vicinity without needing a car or delivery. So, I decided to give it a shot.I got a torta (al pastor). I comes with the standard choice of meat with mayo, refried beans, avocado, tomatos, lettuce, jalepenos. The al pastor was SUPER tasty. The entire sandwich was the perfect size to fill me up. I will definitely go back to explore other options. Most food items were 8-9 bucks, so really not a bad deal, especially since it was so tasty. They also serve breakfast all day. Pancakes, bacon, eggs, crepes and breakfast burritos! This is dangerous. I live next door and I just started losing my "Covid 19 pounds". Oh well. You only live once!Wouldve added a picture but all I had left in the container was lettuce and a few jalapenos that fell out. ?
great food, friendly service.
